I just went there to order a drink. The guy who was taking order was wearing black was giving me attitude. I ordered a drink then I had to wait 20 mins in the store. He said the other lady with the white shirt is making my drink but I seen her taking other peoples order and giving them drinks whoever came after me. But I kept waiting on the line but they don’t care. After 25 minutes the guy came and yelled at me saying he is making it. When I asked him how long it’s gonna take, he answered me saying “I don’t care I am making it right now. I am not supposed to make any drink. I don’t know why she didn’t make and I don’t care now.” I said why you saying you don’t care, you should care, you should make sure if your customer getting their stuffs or not. Then he repeated saying I don’t care, this is not my job to make sure who gets or who doesn’t. He was literally yelling at me. Then I said give my money back. Instead of saying sorry you keep showing me attitude I don’t need my drink. Still he didn’t apologize. He placed my card hard on the table and was so rude. I asked who is the manager. I will take to him. He yelled and said I am the manager. And the lady with white shirt was laughing. They actually enjoyed the show. Crews are very bad. Whoever works there. If the owner really gives a damn I want him to pay attention to the camera and see how they behave with their customer. Working at customer service this is not how you should act. She put it on the receipt for the kitchen & they made it wrong. They argued with me & stated that I said “no salt” on fries & said they didn’t put salt on there when CLEARLY my fries were heavily dusted with seasoning salt, so I provided visual proof. I showed my receipt as well where it stated NO SALT and the dude still said “we cannot remake it.” WHY? You messed up my order. That is not my fault after I already stated what I wanted at the register and you put it on the receipt. You CANNOT state you don’t do exchanges/refunds if you are being CARELESS with the orders! Read moreI really enjoyed my drinks and meal during my dine-in experience at Sweet & Fresh!! The restaurant was very clean, the front counter employees were masked. Although, I noticed the kitchen employees were maskless. The restaurant's front counter is partitioned for safety which was great. The young ladies that work behind the counter were really nice and helpful when I asked questions & when I placed my order. The variety of beverages Sweet & Fresh offers is absolutely FANTASTIC. The menu offers traditional hamburger/hot wings joint choices but with also has "appetizer/snack" options. Which I thought was awesome. The one drawback is its location if you are driving. Parking in the area is challenging because of traffic and most of it is has to be paid for.
