This place checks all the boxes for a quality, enjoyable dining experience. The atmosphere is a beautiful vibe of modern elegance. The host was very welcoming. A friend and I were greeted by a very professional, attentive waiter named Dillon. This restaurant is fairly new to Midtown Atlanta. I'm very pleased to have this plant-based restaurant as a new option for this part of town. The menu offers an impressive variety. We kept it simple and opted for the "Beyond" burger with Fries. I switched to being Vegan about years ago do to health and moral obligations. I always felt purely Vegan business would feel as passionately about this as me. However after receiving my “vegan” sushi I could clearly tell they used meat products. I also got a strong smell of real meat radiating from the kitchen.
