I usually order delivery online it's always late the food be cold or loop warm maybe once or twice my food been hot and delivered on time cinnamon rolls be burned and the still put icing on them and send them out to customers I called for a refund was asked to send a picture of my food before refunded I gladly did and hoped they asked me too because I couldn't believe it left the store that way was asked for credit card full information over the phone and only refunded 6.99 when I know I paid taxes for everything over 41 and change with tip tip and food comes hour and half later smh then told I don't get taxes back when a tip wasn't even deserved for this so now I wanna know why I don't get taxes back should have returned my full order except the Sprite it was a lil cold had a meat lover's pizza it didn't even look like it looked as some of the meats were missing like whoever made the pizza just three it together I was like dang gotta start doing and reading more reviews before eating and shopping at places cause people don't care no more I swear when I worked at fast food I'd make sure people got eatable food cause I eat with my eyes first and I'd it don't look right I got questions and I start to change my mind I don't want anything now if it looks a mess or not right not cooked right someone needs to inspect everything going out cause this not right people already paying high prices at the grocery stores it's like why eat out if they don't care and gone send you and thing just to get your money I could have made pizza and cinnamon rolls at home love pizza hut y'all need to do better i already be hesitant about ordering and y'all keep letting me down which why i don't order too often and forget about ...

I placed an order online for carryout i needed to change a topping so I called hoping to reach them before they started on pizza. Called a total of 5 times the lady answered and said "pih hu" hold.. That is exactly what it sounded like. After holding for 4min I called back I said please dnt put me on hold im trying to change a topping before the pizza gets done. She asked my name then said hold while I pull up your order. I was on hold for 7 min she came back to the phone and hung up. I called back, at this time I Am literally 5min from place she quickly put me on hold. I stayed on hold until I actually. Walked n ths dump. There was no one waiting and she was not on the phone. Once I told her I've been on hold for a very long time. she walked away and said talk to the manager then. Really? Just rude. Her attitude horrible, and her appearance I dont want to look at nobody's tattoo on their breast while getting my food. The manager walked up with food around her mouth and a attitude already. She said "yea whats the problem.? " At this point Ialready knew I wasnt giving them any of money. I asked her name and she sais have a blessed day. She could care less about my order or issue. Who ever hired her should def look into her behavior. I mean her appearance and overall attitide was very PISS poor. I will be contacting higher authority! Read moreIf I could give this location less stars, then I totally would. My order was almost 15 minutes LATE and the driver (her name was Tyisha) had the nerve to answer the phone with an attitude. She said, “ExcuseMeThisIsPizzaHutAndIHaveOtherOrdersInMyCarSoDoYouWantYourOrderOrNot?” WHEN SHE WAS LITERALLY 13 MINUTES LATE! Ha!
I held my cool and told her I’d be right there, but she was being VERY rude and unnecessary. The call also showed up as her personal name and not Pizza Hut so I had no idea of who was calling me. It’s common sense to send a text immediately if someone doesn’t answer the phone as we have no way of knowing who’s calling us.
Anyway, I called the location to make a complaint about my order being very late as it was for a birthday party and the manager was very nonchalant and didn’t even attempt to do anything to make it right. She actually put the phone down and went to attend to other customers and just left me on the phone for about 5 minutes until I took the hint that she didn’t care.
So, here I am leaving a review and I’m on hold with customer service. We don’t even want the food anymore, you can’t trust rude people like that who handle your food.
Whoever actually owns this location needs to do better at vetting staff. There was zero customer service displayed by the driver nor the manager. Just rude. My people really have to do better.
And this was the first time I ordered with Pizza Hut since the pandemic started and now I will just stick to Nancy’s or Pizza Hut. No way will I EVER order from this...
