I felt so disrespected by your staff. They were rude. Made my food incorrectly and when I got home to eat I couldnāt because there was hair in my food. I then had to get back in my car to return. I showed them the hair and how it was incorrectly made then asked them to remake it. I asked what they would do for the inconvenience and they just stared at me. I asked since I had to come all the way back if they would refund as well or make double and the worker proceeded to be disrespectful and shared that they are convenience me by remaking it. He then proceeded to talk about me while I was standing there to his coworkers and no one helped. It was humiliating and very disheartening. I asked to get the contact for corporate and was told to scan the QR code. I was eventually refunded and later the manager remade my food but not after the humiliation and all while the worker still talked loudly about me so I left without the food.
