Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Atlanta

This location is the most unsanitary location I’ve visited in 4 states. I tried to give it a second chance, but yet again, preparing sandwiches on uncleaned surfaces, cross contamination, and many other careless practices were witnesses again today. Is it so hard to prepare sandwiches on the actual paper you wrap them in? I asked the preparer if she’s made sandwiches on the bare counter tops at home? The employee made my sandwich right near the meat cutting machine filled with bread crumbs and meat shavings, not even on the official cutting board which wasn’t any better; after moving a container off of the counter that probably went from the storage room shelf, to the floor, to the counter. I immediately loss my appetite and left the restaurant. I should have known that something was off based on the 5 large garbage bags placed right out side the entrance. I guess they “stack it high to watch it fly” not sure! I will never...

This has to be one of the best Mike's Jersey subs.🏆 We have ever visited. I travel a lot with work and life. Always look for JM, because of the quality and flavor. It is my favorite sandwich shop. 🥪Terrance and My( the cashier) were amazing, from the time we walked in, to the time we left.🙌🏻 Friendly, professional and very engaging. 😃 I come from 30 years of retail management and you definitely have a super star in Terrance. Walked in, 0 people in line and three workers behind the counter. One of them sitting at the register the other two playing on their phone right in front of me as I stared at them waiting for service. Both looked up at me laughed and then looked back down. After about 30-45 seconds the one guy takes my order then turns around walks away and about 30 seconds later the other guy comes back and asked me if I have decided yet. Gave him my order and whatched it be made at record slow pace. I've never seen a Jersey Mike's this bad this was absolutely terrible. I travel to and from the airport and thought this might be a good spot to start going because I love Jersey Mike's but I will never step foot in this...
