2023-05-10 The dining room soda fountain has been out of service for over three weeks now. Dropping to 1 star.

2023-04-07 Great counter service from the two young gentlemen fulfilling orders today at noon. Positive attitude and pompt service goes a long way.

2022-07-13 Update Service was decent today despite a lot of construction worker patrons in the dining room, so I'm bumping up my rating. The large lids were out and, to my shock, they were restocked by the time I went for a refill. Keep going in this direction... Now if only we could get the (advertised, but never fulfilled) delivery to numbered tables.

2022-06-10 Update No ketchup again. They had ketchup on Wednesday (6/8). Now they're out again...

2022-06-06 Update No ketchup. How does that even happen at a McDs? I placed an order at ~1210. It appeared on the in progress screen and disappeared. I saw the ticket for my order sitting in a pile and an employee picked them up and walk away with them. It turns out she must have decided to throw it away because when I then asked about my order she couldn't find it. She then made up my order which I received at 1246. Pretty sorry service.

OLD Review This location has improved dramatically over the last month. It was getting to a point where there was never any (non-diet) soda available, but now they have a nice big soda machine in addition to the freestyle machine (tech. there are two freestyle machines, but one is permanently broken, apparently). There were also much more frequent fights and disruptive behavior between among the employees and sometimes customers, too. This appears to have improved as well.

There's clearly still some kind of leak around the dining room soda dispenser, which makes this area extremely slippery and dangerous. I nearly fell at least once. Unfortunately, I have to dock a star for this alone as it has been an issue for months without any resolution. Mopping the floor several times a day (which, to their credit, they do regularly) is not a solution and remains a perpetual...

I must say it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Before I walked in there was signs outside saying that it was newly renovated. Upon walking on the door it looked they it was completely under construction. None of the screens work to view the menu, the kiosk was out of service, their was no line structure, the employees wasn’t a acknowledging the customers inside the was solely wondering at the drive thru. It was until after 12 minutes of waiting in the lobby without being acknowledged that I said something and I had my little 4 year godson with me all he wanted was a kids meal. The young lady replied to me this is not the line to order the line is over there. So I advised her there wasn’t no sign advising where to order and no one haven’t been at a register since I came in. Then she said with an attitude I’m the only one up here so if you need to order stand over there. So I took my Godson and stood near the register to order. After waiting another 10 minutes for her to come take my order. During the duration of my time in the restaurant Dashers from doordash was trying to pick up customers food and had to wait an extended period of time to be acknowledged. Once the dashers gave their order a lot of them was force to cancel the orders because they ran out of McChickens. Also they had one give serve food in a construction under uniform and some filthy boots advising he just left his construction job and been working an hour like that and didn’t have time to change. There was customers who worked there off duty in plain clothes going in the back getting her food. Last but not least, all the employees was cursing continuously.This has been the worst experience ever not only do the renovations need to be completed but a whole new staff is...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a quarter pounder with no onions, I am severely allergic with a coke and fries. First the lady handed me two sweet teas and asked if I ordered two sweet teas, I said no I should have a coke with a quarter pounder meal. She took back the sweet teas and handed me a drink off what I assumed was coke. Then she handed me a bag and I pull forward to check it cause I cannot bite into onions. I got a quarter pounder with onions and ketchup and nuggets? So I took the order back and stated it's not my order, I ordered a quarter pounder meal and it never included onions or nuggets. So I wait longer about 2 more minutes pass and they hand me a bag, I open it up just to find a double quarter pounder with ketchup and onions. No fries. So I go back and tell them again this time with my receipt so they can look at it maybe words will help? I told them both times I touched the food and with covid 19 they weren't suppose to take the food back, I was going to give a quarter pounder to the homeless guy begging for food not money.. but no they took it for waste which means they threw it away. Really mad about that too, I use to work there I know what counting for waste counts as. It's a tally on a piece of paper, could of counted it for waste and been nice, but these people are no considerate or professional. I waited longer for my food they served about 6 more people before me. I finally got my food and fries! But when I went back to work found out I have their nasty sweet tea and it's warm! I don't normally review but if you read this and you like mc Donalds go to another location!!! And my food is still wrong! I got a quarter pounder with nothing on it!
