I wish I could give a zero because they were horrible! I came here to meet a friend and get something light. My waiter Todd. I told him I don't eat beef and pork and I would like the gyro with these ingredients and a Italian dressing on it. I point to my friends plate and asked if this was Italian dressing he said no. He mention the name and I ask if it tasted like Italian ,if it tasted like Italian then I'll take it,if not no thank you. He brought my food and not only did I bite Into meat that tasted like beef in my mouth, it Def did not have Italian dressing on my gyro. I express this to him and asked him to take it back. At this moment I am unaware that it's actually beef in my wrap, I just know it's tatses like beef but I'm addressing the Non-italian sauce that's in my gyro. At this time he trys to go back and forth with me about an 8$ gyro . I stop him and say,"food in which I'm paying for does not taste like what I want can you please makes this again or talk to someone who can do so". He picks up my plate walks to the door and then turns around and says you know what,"I'm not doing that". Now not only has he been loud and unreasonable, he's official making a scene. Would I have been justified to go all they off on him and back. Hands down I would have! But my response is as such....I stand up and take my plate back and with a smile on my face moving forward to him so he can give me space and say, " No worries I can take it myself". Now at that moment everyone is looking at me and ready for me to be the "ANGRY BLACK WOMEN".
SN: Things like this happen and we don't talk about why that person got angry.....like we/I just got up one day and went off.
I take my plate in and tell the manager what happen and then they tell me you are eating a beef and lamb gyro. Not only did he give me a wrap with no Italian like dressing it also is (as my taste buds suspected) a warp that has beef in it! When I told him I do not eat beef. Todd (a white man with gray, black and brown hair...even if that's his real name) would have had to take back my wrap back ANYWAY on the account that I don't eat beef. This place of business did not handle the situation as I see fit and then had the nerve to try to make me pay for my meal. And with a smile on my face I yet again responded why I wasn't and the fact that I'm having a conversation with you about customer service and you don't see the problem is the greater issue.
Not only was the food subpar the service was even worst I'm all accounts! I advised you not to spend...
Read moreHad high hopes because I’d ordered delivery from here earlier but ended up disappointed
Ordered a rosemary chicken sandwich and a falafel sandwich on wheat. The taste was just ok. Like it was not super great and neither was it horrible. Just ok. Felt like eating fast casual at a sit down dinner place and that felt kind of weird too. The baba ganoush was.. a weird color and kind of grainy, not smooth. And there was too little pita to go with it. It tasted ok but the texture threw me off
At some point someone turned down all the overhead lights and the lights started flickering instead of being like a constant dim and that gave me a horrible headache. It was fine if the lights were on full but the on/off thing was really disconcerting and we heard others mention it too
I guess we also ended up there on a super busy day where they just had one person running around doing everything, I hope their service is better otherwise? And they have a bar area where some sports were playing which is fine I guess but struck me a bit odd haha
But it’s cool that they have half off wine bottles on mondays. And other drink specials other days
Solidly average experience and food, don’t recommend if you’re in a...
Read moreI’ve been here probably a couple times per year over the last 5 years or so… it’s always been pretty decent. But today, (I ordered pickup) and it was bad. Really bad. The pita was totally stale and inedible, the lasagna seemed kinda old (either old like it had been sitting around for a few days, or at least the noodles might have been undercooked - something was going on where they were too tough to cut) and it was SO SALTY I couldn’t eat it. And I love salty things, so that’s saying something. (And there was just like cold hard cheese that wasn’t really melted on top.) Even my dog didn’t want it. Same with the roasted potatoes, too salty to eat. And the chicken kebab, though it looked over seasoned, was just blah and flavorless. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1, because they’ve been pretty good in the past, so I’m holding out home that this was just a bad day for them and maybe...
