We stop here anytime we're in Atlanta. The atmosphere is really nice and the cheesecake is hands down THE BEST! There are so many options, it's hard to choose. The cheesecake is so rich and filling that is difficult to eat more than one slice, even though your brain and your taste buds will want to keep going.

The last few times we've gone here, we only stopped at the bar to order a couple slices of cheesecake to go. This service here has been a bit disappointing. We consistently have to wait 5+ minutes for someone to help us even if there's no line. In and of if itself this isn't too frustrating. The frustrating part is that it seems only certain people can take the orders at the bar (but they are often absent and seem annoyed about having to take the cheesecake orders), different people are supposed to actually package the cheslesecake orders, and no one is interested in doing more than their specific job.

While we're waiting at the bar for someone to take out order, there are usually several people behind the bar, but they dont even acknowledge the customers. When we've stopped them to ask if someone can take our order, they simply state that sometime else has to do that. That's fine, but it would be great if they would at least recognize the customers and go get the person who can take the orders. Same thing with the hosts and hostesses. They'll just stand at their station, right next to the bar, and watch you wait.

One time, we waited close to 10 minutes for someone to come to the bar to take our order, and then, after we placed our order, they just stood around chatting for several minutes. When we asked if we could get our cheesecake, they said that someone else had to do that. Again, no effort on their part to recognize that maybe they should go find the person who could do that. We had to stand around for another 5 minutes waiting for someone else to come. Even then, the bartender didn't tell them there was an order to package. We had to flag the person and ask them to get our order.
