On May 15 I arrived to the establishment to order my familysome food. I noticed that the drink station was dirty which is a problem. They had the bottom of cabinets open and it looked like they haven't been cleaning it. I ordered my food and the food was uncooked. Also I ordered other items that were not in the bag and had to tell the cashier that my food was missing. Then on top of insult, I ordered a 12 piece mix and they gave me 2 breasts 5 drums and 5 thighs after I asked the cashier not to give me any thighs and that I would pay extra if I had to. She replied telling me that she would give me drums instead of thighs. When receive the food there was a bunch of thighs. I asked her why didn't I get any wings? She said because they didn't have any wings in spicy. I then replied why didn't you notify me that? I explained i would have just told her to give me wings and mild. She took the breath out and gave me wings which didn't make any sense because I told her. I didn't want the thighs .When I got home and realized what she did. It was too late. I called customer service which led me to have to go online? I sent them a picture of the receipt, and some of the chicken was undefined and gummy, after doing that, customer service decided that they did not want to give me my money back. I got a email from some woman named jessica who did not want to do her job and give me the run around so basically, if you go to this establishment they don't want to resolve the issue.They basically just steal your money and give you whatever they feel is fit that they want you to eat. It will be better if they just close all these establishments down.This is the third time I've had problems with popeye's and never received any issue off.They always just keep my money and don't care about the customers problems which is a major. problem if we don't buy the food then this place will close down.The customer is important. Read moreDo not eat here....I usually eat here every now and then, but I was unfairly treated and disrespected by the so called manager.....After sitting in my car through the drive thru for 10 minutes, I placed my order....After driving off to pull over and eat, I noticed my order was not correct....So I dreaded going back to sit in the drive thru line for another 10 to 12 minutes so I could get my correct order....After explaining on the intercom that my order was incorrect, the so called manager told me to pull around.....
As I got to the window, his tone of voice was very rude and condescending..."Where da chicken at?" was greeted towards me as if I was trying to pull a fast one to get free food or something.....I gladly showed him the incorrect pieces of chicken that I did not ask for....plus showed the receipt....The manager gave me another box of chicken that I originally asked for...I simply stated to him, common courtesy is to give the customer a free piece of chicken for the inconvenience that THEY CAUSED.....He said, "NO, YOU CANT TAKE MY CHICKEN"... I said excuse me....I paid for the chicken that you guys messed up, and further more it's not your chicken.....His customer service skills were POOR AND HE LACKED ANY DECENCY OR INTELLIGENCE......
If I could give negative stars about his performance would....I will never go back here ever again..He needs to take a course (class) on interpersonal...
Read moreI came through the drive thru on today and I order a 5 piece tenders combo n they over charged me n I get to the window n ask them what they charged me n they said they charged me upgrade because they don’t have the medium cups for the combo n I said u r not going to just charged me anything because u all r out. U supposed to ask me if it’s ok to give me an upgrade because u all is out of medium cups. I asked for the manager n she came to the window with an attitude already. When I told her that to please to let her employee know they can’t just charged people because they r out. They have to ask the customer is ok to give them an upgrade because of the fact they r out of medium cups n she going to say do I want me to take the drinks off n I said no u r not going to take my drinks off because I need for u to fix the problem n she just closed window n walked off n went back to the front counter. I ask for the corporate number n she going to say she do t know the corporate number right off hand n I said yes u do because u r a manager so she closed the window again n walked off. This is why I don’t like to go to that Popeyes it’s always something with them. Unprofessional supervisor, u never have anything at the store, they always get ur order...
