Came into the store on 10-13-18 (approx 9am) and ordered food for my manager and spoke to my usual buddies who ring me up, gave hugs, etc...left and went back to my store and food to my mgr. He ate his combo and also ordered an additional burrito by itself. When he got to the hash brown and additional burrito, the hash brown was like a piece of wood and was cold. The burrito, steak grande, had just a small sliver of an egg and that is it. I took it back (2nd time) and received apologies from the ladies, etc...got my food and took it back. Gave it to my boss and it did not have the steak, it had bacon (he DOES NOT EAT PORK). The workers ALL know who I am, if not my name they know my face, so they knew what I ordered. So my manager took it upon himself to go back as he didn't want me to go back a 3rd time. When he went back, they knew who he was and why he was there because they mentioned my name. My mgr was very patient and cordial and the cook was extremely sarcastic and he stated "what, is the hash brown cold too?" Very, VERY sarcastic. Now this was a little too far, for something that was not prepared correctly. I come here enough where the employees know my name so why would he be so nasty to my manager when he was spending money and between the two of us, had to come back a 3rd time to correct a problem that HE was responsible for. This really upsets me because I love the employees in this store and it bothers me to have to put up this review. The training needs to be fixed as does the customer service from this employee and how constructive criticism is handled. It definitely turned me off and my desire to come back. Please advise on what I can do...Thank you for listening to my long rant, and I want to come back as a loyal customer, but this employee wasn't very loyal to me or my manager as a customer and I don't want to feel uncomfortable coming in knowing the animosity...
Read moreIf I could I would rate this location as zeros across the board. Went on an unfortunate day where they had close the dining room due to be short staff. I did not know this at the time, because I had pulled into the parking lot to place my mobile order with my bf. We then saw the sign posted and pulled into the drive-thru instead. We waited even longer because once we pulled up we were informed that they were short staffed (which we knew now) and that the few cars in front of us had a big order and to please be patient. I informed the lady that we had a mobile order and she asked as again to be patient. Not a problem. After we waited maybe 10 minutes we decided to see if they could just cancel the order and refund our money. They say that we could do it through the app. Unfortunately we could not, we then decide to ask again if they were able to cancel on their in. The young lady on the intercom snapped and said "Well you are just going to have to take your food" and at that time another lady interrupted her and basically apologize and saying we were not obligated to take the food and they were not able to cancel on their end. Read moreWhen I arrived to the restaurant the line was wrapped around the building but I had no problem patiently waiting in line for my order. Upon getting to the window I placed an order for two chicken quesadillas with a young lady over the speaker. Upon getting to the window I placed my card in Jamals hand and he gave me a total of $16. I asked him if that was for my order, the two quesadillas he paused. He then asked a young lady behind him if she had forgotten to ring up an order for two quesadillas, she stated no. He then stated that I need to get back in line and place my order again. At this time the line as still there wrapped around the building. I explained to him that with the line wrapped there was no way I would have cut in front of anyone. He proceeded to say he could not help me. When I asked to speak to a manager he stated I would have to call in the am. I asked for corporate # and he stated it was not available.
I appreciate all the workers during this pandemic and never want to disrespect anyone but this was HORRIBLE customer service and I’m disgusted that someone who took my order didn’t even put it into the system which led me to having to go to...
