Recently I showed up at 8:20-8:30pm. Listed closure time is 9. Itās a smoothie, so I figure thatās reasonable and not too last minute or rude. I had just gotten over Covid (again) and was finally all clear to be in public and wanted something light to give me energy. 2 employees are cleaning everything and seem to be trying to leave asap. The girl is meek and doesnāt know how to operate the computer. Immediately was greeted by a punk with an attitude saying they stop taking new orders at 8 because they close at 9. But he said I was lucky bc they would still make it anyway. Another customer then shows up with an online/app order that hadnāt been made yet and starts asking for clarification about this closing time and order time bc the last time he ordered the same thing was said where they donāt want to take orders an hour before close. Seems to be an ongoing problem. Just close at 8 and pay employees for the 8-9 hour to clean if thatās the issue. Otherwise, owner/corporate needs to intervene and save this place from bad management. This location is a failure for me. This shouldnāt be considered normal practice. Itās certainly bad business. And for whomever responds to these bad reviews, donāt waste your time. Found Post Greetings! Very unsatisfied! This is the third time that I have visited this smoothie king, and the door was locked but the sign say it opened. How is it at smoothie King on October 12, 2021 between the hours of one and 1:45 PM. The door was locked, the lights were off, but the sign say it opened. Nevertheless I made a order online for my smoothie, and it was deducted from my bank account. I have called, called, and called, because I did not receive my smoothie! As I looked into the store, nobody was there, but all of the ingredients were left on the counter, with no covering! Very unsatisfied! As I stood at the door, there were a couple of subway sandwich shop employees out side taking their smoke breaks, and they advised me that someone was there, but he left in a black car! Clearly states on receipt for the one he delivered, 1 of 2. He claims the store didnāt give it to him. I immediately call the store, explain the situation and was told to hold for the manager, only to be told s(he) will call me back. How about taking care of the customer? The associate says, āyou can come pick it up.ā Really? Is that why I ordered delivery to have to come and pick it up? Still waiting on my returned call? Tech support:, add the tip feature that awaits the delivery. UPDATE: 11.3.23 - visited the store. Resolved with a smile. Thank you.
UPDATE: called again, manager stepped out and was told I would receive a call. I received the call and am awaiting my credit. Unfortunate, because it was a treat for a family member.
