The Juicy Crab — Restaurant in Atlanta

Wow I can’t believe this is the juicy crab experience I had .. it was date night so we decided in juicy crab. First of all $10 to park in an unsecured parking lot where I’m bout to eat at is NUTS cuz if something happens yall claim yall not responsible right? .. next walked in now in wake of learning about Rich Homie Quan passin of course we peeped him on the wall … under it say “Rich Quan Homie” are yall serious? So nobody noticed this?? Yall need to fix that. Ok next it’s loud as all heck in here, waitress tryna talk to us and the only response we can give each other is HUH?? WHAT?? Come on yall it’s karaoke night but the music don’t gotta shake the dusse outta my lemonade 😭 lookin around this place nobody talkin everybody just lookin at each other like damn we can’t even make friend here cuz it’s so loud!!! Ok next we get our boils …. Lord have mercy im peelin the skin off the shrimp and I’m noticing these shrimps ain’t sliced or clean at all at all at all straight from that bag to the boil is nasty can’t tell what shrimp dookie or what’s the season if it wasn’t cleaned properly while and I was wondering why my shawty is sick to her stomach since we eat there throwing up can’t go to work and the food ya can’t tell me it’s fresh food… that potato I had was a lil tangy.. lastly we don’t wanna be here barely enjoying ourselves and seeing and hearing a live tongue lashing from the bartender to another another waitress maybe yall need to look into yall policy when it come to having personal relationships at work while makin customers food and drinks! It was highly inappropriate on his end to do that in front of people sittin at the bar and it seems like yall ok with him acting like cuz his mad ass stayed makin them drinks 🥴 BAD...

Worse experience ever I will not be a returning customer because what I ordered was $70 worth of food and I feel like I was played out of my money ! My crab legs don’t have any meat in them at all plus soon as I got done trying to eat what was left after realizing it wasn’t any carb meat in the legs I immediately had to run to the bathroom the eggs tasted old this was the absolute worst Juicy Crab I’ve ever experienced in my entire life!!!!! So if I could rate this place ZERO STARTS THATS EXACTLY WHAT ID DO!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!! They should definitely close this location down PERIOD!!! Oh yeah and the Catcish was horrible tasted like it’s been cooked weeks ago I was in so much disbelief plus I was trying to treat my moms out for dinner but never again at this location coming from someone who was BORN AND RAISED IN ATLANTA YALL PUT A BAD REP ON OUR ATLANTA FIOD...

At this point, I wish I could leave no stars . Update it is now February 4. I did get my order remade on the 3rd, but the order is still spoiled. I have brought back the food in question ( untouched) , and all I was told is that I have to wait for the owner to get there. Hopefully he calls other than that I didn’t get a meal I wanted to enjoy and I’m out of the money $160 plus tip and I picked it up . My recommendation think long and hard before you spend your money here. No one can do anything for you. I have been to this location of couple of times the first time was fantastic. The second time was OK the third time I get spoiled food. I really would like to get in contact with someone to have my food remade and or a refund.$159...
