Easily the worst restaurant experience I've had in years. Avoid eating here.
We waited 45 minutes for one smoothie, a flatbread, a wrap, and two bags of bbq chips. There were maybe 3-5 other customers there, and people that ordered after us got their food before we did.
After waiting 30 minutes, we got the smoothie and flatbread, but they ran out of bbq chips because they gave them to other customers (including those that ordered after us). At that point, I was over it, and asked for a refund on the chips and the wrap, but the shift supervisor argued with me and asked us to wait. We did finally get a refund on the chips... after waiting another 5 minutes for the cashier to figure out how to refund us (!!)
I have worked in food service before for a number of businesses, and this all comes down to poor management, poor training, poor customer service, and poor implementation of processes. There were 5-6 employees working that day, yet they somehow managed to mess up multiple orders and could not work together as a team to provide reasonably quick service to customers.
Businesses like these don't last if the customer experience is wretched, and this wasn't the first time we'd been there, though it will certainly be the last. Management needs to get their act together. This location is worse than Cava on Hank Aaron, which ironically is also a miserable place to eat, with long waits and a dysfunctional staff team that doesn't understand customer service.

Read moreThe one thing they’re consistent at is their terrible service. My family and I tried them when they first opened and were very pleased but it seems in the two months they’ve opened it’s been a mudslide of bad service. I’ve tried them on multiple occasions since my first and each time it gets worst. I’m pretty sure water is thicker than the smoothies they create and my 2 year old could structure a sandwich better than them. More times than I can count my family result in going home and placing our smoothies in the freezer to thicken them up while we play a messy war of trying to reconstruct our food. If you order for pick up beware they do not place smoothies in their freezers like other locations and just leave them to melt in the Georgia heat and if you order there it doesn’t get much better. They also consistently run out of sides and replace them randomly in your order without a care. It’d be better if they’d let me know at pick up that they were out of my chosen side and ask which I’d prefer than throwing a random one in and on the times my family has stated we want a different side they let us know that they’re out and all they have our these options with no option of a partial refund of some sort. Needless to say I think we’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to another location than to continue giving our money...
Read moreWhere do I begin! When I walked in at 5pm on Sunday 6/1, the young lady working the front didn't say hello or anything. She just stared at me and waited until I placed my order. Placed my order for a 12oz Kids Smoothie at 5:02pm. I didn't get that small Smoothie until 5:18pm!! When I arrived, it was only one customer. Then two guys came in several mins after.
Funny thing is, he didn't have to wait long at all for his Smoothie or Food! And no, he didn't have a mobile order. Her bias ways were glaring! I was so upset because I shouldn't have had to wait that long for a Kids Smoothie! Its like she was going slow on purpose (until those young guys came in and ordered). I highly doubt that I will ever go to this location again. Whomever is the Proprietor needs to seriously evaluate that staff member...
