Today I stopped at this location to order some fries. The man on the speaker was very nice and kind. The man at the window that took my payment was very nice as well. I gave him my card and another man handed me my bag. I sad thank you and he said enjoy. I was putting my card back in my wallet and then took my fri s out of the bag so I could drive an eat. This took me about 30 seconds. The man the handed me my food opened the window and said "You good?" I said yes I am I am.juat getting situated before pulling off into traffic . He informed me that I was in the clock and timer and I needed to move. No one was behind me at all. He was so concerned about the timer at the window and I wasn't even there that long. This was really poor service and it really took me back to say the least. I was very disappointed because I have never received this kind of service before at a Wendy's. Read moreThe dreary, foggy, rainy day had just become a little darker after getting my food. The customer service was great at the speaker. Once I got to the window, it was colder than outside. I know it was busy, but that's because of customers like myself stopping by. I got my food. As I drove off and grabbed my sandwich first, I noticed the sandwich was barely warm. The slice of cheese was still cold and not melted. My fries were barely warm and tasteless. As I bit into my spicy chicken sandwich, I noticed the chicken was very tough and hard to chew. After attempting to bite into it 3 more times with hopes it would get better, it didn't. So there you have it, I spent all my money, believing that I couldn't go wrong with this location and I was very wrong. Read moreWhile at the drive through with my friend, she was paying in a few dollar coins just to get rid of them from the cup holder. The lady at the window was patiently waiting. However, a manager (male) walked up and started making rude remarks about how long it was taking (literally took less than 2 mins) and he continued to express his annoyance. My friend lets him know how rude his remarks are and how uncomfortable he made her feel. The manager then takes a condescending tone and says “oh do you think that’s rude? Imagine the people waiting behind you). At no point In time should ANYONE, especially a manager make a PAYING customer feel belittled or rushed.
