I currently live near Zaxby’s on North Side Dr. I have been trying so hard to contact someone or email and or call corporate about this horrible horrible time wasting place. The food alone is delicious however this location takes forever with everything that they have to do. They have a lazy people working there who have attitudes and get offended if they even have to lift a finger. I am here on the night of the 31st and I am doing door Dash and there is absolutely no one helping out with curbside pick up and or delivering food. The line is completely out of the driveway and as I see cars driveway others come up and do the same thing. This is extremely annoying especially win customers pay for curbside delivery. What is the point of delivery if everyone is just going to be thrown in the drive-through. Also, if I were to order from door Dash I would not want my driver picking up my food from the window. I was under the impression that it was mandatory for people to go in on door dash and or the employees would at least bring it out. I called the store like the sign said on the door however, when I called they gave me an attitude and told me that there was no one coming outside so everyone will be forced to the drive-through. The employees were very lazy and didn’t care about the huge line waiting. This for view alone I am sure won’t do anything however sharing my review does and I hope this location starts losing money for something to happen because it is like they don’t care about the terrible reviews. Read moreI waited in the drive-through for over 20 minutes and ordered A large half-tea half- lemonade and two baskets of fries. I asked that the zax sauce be substituted for ranch dressing. When I got to the window I was handed the food without being given my total, so I asked for the total and was told it was $9.18. I gave the woman at the window $10.18 then she tried to hand me the drink I asked her was it a large already knowing the answer. She said you wanted a large I said yes. She put the money in the drawer and close it, then said o sorry IOU a dollar change. She handed me the large drink and then said never mind the dollar is for the large drink. Not re-ringing up the drink, so I don’t truly know if price difference between the two drinks were correct. I also was charged for the two sauces I asked to be substituted, to add fuel to the fire when I drove off and took a sip of my drink it was just sweet tea and my french fries were cold. Normally I would not write a poor review but I only ordered three things one of which was a double order so I don’t understand how you can get that wrong and on top of that I feel as if I was charged incorrectly for poor service, long wait and cold food. I mean it immediately LOOKED and TASTED like they pulled it from the trash, along with 1/3 slice of tomato a 2 scants of bacon thrown way off-center. (Seriously, have y'all looked at or tasted a Chick-fil-A sandwich recently)? My bun was soaked in oil spray. This was an unloved result from Zaxby's employees who clearly are unmonitored and don't care what you eat on December Friday's at 6pm. ZERO QUALITY CONTROL lives here. Only the French Fries and a Coke notched up a dismal and completely unsatisfying meal to a 1-star. I'm not usually this critical about fast-food, but I'm spot on with this review. Only thing they understandably couldn't control was my 18 minute wait in the drive thru just to begin my simple order. But they had that long to get this right the 1st time, but didn't. This was disappointing and unacceptable (especially during Covid-19) and I will never return to this NEW Zaxby's again - not while Chick-fil-A and Cookout remains 2 blocks away.
