Omg Ahkii's was such an amazing 👏 experience, it wouldn't be right to go to Atlantic city and not go there each time. From the customer service, to the treatment was so beautiful and welcoming, had a couple of samples to try which were all amazing, the food OMG was IT, it was absolutely great, i was pretty much knockedout after eating and woke up ready to take over the world literally, Ahkii's is my number one spot now in AC hands down, unfortunately they're closed sundays because i went back the very next day for some more and was disappointed I couldnt get more but apart from that Ahkii's is the best, beautiful people, chef and amazing food. Ahkii's messes with some soul food! From the moment I called, I was greeted with a courteous smile (over the phone), Chef was more than happy to answer my inquiries and thank me for supporting the business. I believe in supporting local small business and believe me, you will not be disappointed. My order was waiting for me when I walked in the door. Thank you, Chef. There is street parking but it is first come, first serve at meters. They accept cash and cards. While the business is wheelchair accessible, the entrance is a little tight so be careful. I was disappointed in my platter. My bf ordered our food and I was excited to try it out because I love supporting black owned spots but this one I will not be coming back to. I had a fried chicken platter with string beans and Mac&cheese, so disappointing the chicken was soggy and bland no seasoning at all, the string beans taste straight out the can and the Mac& cheese was the most disappointing my cheese wasn’t melted I can see the shredded cheese in whole piece not melted.
