Cuzzies Steaks — Restaurant in Atlantic City

Well, well, well! I must say, and this isn’t said with hyperbole, Cuzzies may have the best cheesesteak I ever had. The guys working were great and very friendly. My order took 10 minutes max on a Saturday night! I got the Bada Bing and it was amazing. Bread can make or break a sandwich and there sesame seed roll was fresh and all that a roll should be. The garlic aioli was a first for me on a cheesesteak and it did not disappoint. It’s probably what took this sandwich to another level. Also got Da Bird but done like the Bada Bing but with the Cooper sharp cheese sauce. Again, amazing! I don’t even like chicken cheesesteaks but I’ll definetly be trying that one again. If I had any critiques it would be for you guys to get foil to wrap the sandwiches. I had to peel the paper off mine because it was stuck to the provolone cheese. Also, get better ketchup packs. I went to Cuzzies for a cheese steak in Atlantic city based on their Google ratings and buzz in different chats groups I am in. I was kinda disappointed. It was average at best. I ordered a cheese steak with fried onion and provolone. Let start They use seeded aversa rolls. To me, they are a little to soft but not the worst i have had. A luscios or ac style roll would have been better. The meat on the steak was slightly over grilled which left the sandwich a little dry. The meat was seasoned well which made the flavor overall goodl. The sandich looked and felt a little light. They could have put another 2 ounces of meat on which would have made a big difference. The cheese was melted throughout the meat which was good but could have used a few more slices to make more gooey (is this a real.word?). The onions were rough cut 3/4 inches pieces and sautéed well to add a nice flavor. Overall the sandwich was good but there are better places out there for the same price IMO. I won't be going...
