Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered hot wings with ranch and cheese fries. On the menu it says $20 for 15 wings and fries. I added cheese and they said it was $3 extra. They deliver the food and the total is somehow $32. I pay for the food then realize there’s no hot sauce or ranch. I called 8 times before they picked up to let them know I was missing items. She proceeded to tell me that I ordered hot sauce on the side and blue cheese. The ticket is on the bag that says hot sauce and ranch. Then they say they’re sending someone back and they don’t come back. So I go to the store and ask them to remake it. She again tells me that’s not what I ordered and she’s not the one that took my order. Mind you it was a female that took my order and she was the only female in the store. Read moreThe food hasn't been good for a long time. The chicken cheesesteak was nothing but cartilage, gristle, and inedible chicken parts diced up and fried. I've never had to spit out more than I've eaten before. Wanting to give another fair shot, I ordered a regular cheesesteak. Boy, was I ever a glutton for punishment! No discernable pieces of steak meat. It's a mushy, overcooked, scrambled meat puree. I don't know what's happened over the past couple years, but it's not good. There's zero problem with staff. The restaurant is what you'd expect from a fast food joint with fire food. The issue imo is the ingredients being used. I'd get a better cheesesteak at home with steak-um's!
