So I actually wanted to like this place after a coworker told me how great he thought the sandwiches were however, after walking from Hard Rock Casino here I ordered a steak sandwich 10oz I asked that they put half cheese and half not. The young blond lady with black glasses outright refused saying it would make it two different sandwiches. Unbelievable in this day & age she would actually refuse a custom to exclude an add on to a sub sandwich where the cheese actually goes on top. I wasn't even asking for extra something I was asking for less. So sad a simple request from a customer couldn't be accommodated at a sub shop which is normally how that works. The young curly haired boy at the register just was there to ring up had no idea when I asked was it a 10oz steak his response was 'I suppose". If you're ringing people up you need to know. Update: my husband went to speak to her upon me returning as he couldn't believe it she then gave him swiss cheese wrapped in aluminum foil. So see this is my issue when I asked can they please add cheese on just one side why not do it then when I ordered why do it only after the customer is upset and has to come back with sandwich. Good Evening Google Family. I visited this eatery for the first time today. I wanted to sit down and enjoy my food. The Bally's casino professional suggested this spot. First I posted and shared my videos that I had danced in. Then I ordered the soup of the day, which was New England Chow Chowder and a Chef Salad. I also ordered an orange juice to drink. I should have said no peppers, no onions and no black olives but I forgot. I ended up picking them out of my salad. The soup and salad was too die for!!! I really enjoyed everything. A young lady who was sitting nearby told me that all of the food here is good and I agree!!! Pete is the nice and friendly and cordial owner of this great establishment. I am begging you to heed this review I had unbelievably bad experiences with this place. Unfortunately, as the old saying goes, shame on me for being fooled twice. Both times, I was in search of a quick bite and opted to eat here. And both times, I ended up with massive stomach pains and other unsightly consequences that I will spare you the details of reading.
