Arby's — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

It's very rare that I write a review for a fast food place and if I do it's usually to complain about something. But I have no complaints here. This location has been consistently good for a while and I have been here multiple times at different times of the day and the food is always fresh and on point. It's easy to get fresh roast beef during the lunch rush, but I have been to this location during the slow period quite a few times and the quality of food is as fresh and delicious as it would be at any other time. My food did not taste or look like it had been sitting around all day. And let's expand upon the look for a second. Arby's is the only fast food place I have ever been to where the food item you receive looks as close to the delicious picture you see on the menu or in the advertisements. This location should be a model for all others. PS - I ALWAYS ring the bell...

Update: 11/26/21. Went thru drive-thru at apx 1930pm. All the lites on the building were brightly lit. Lobby lit, menu board- LIT. What am I to assume? 730pm....Friday nite..... pulled up to drive thru speaker. Was sort of curtly told 'we're closed!' All your lites are on! 'Our OPEN sign, Is off....' How the heck am I supposed to EVEN know, you have an OPEN sign? Never seen it before.... I am having serious doubts about this locations viability as a functioning, profitable business. If these stunted hours, incorrect online OPEN/Close times are incorrect. I forecast, they'll be shutting this location down before too long. Not going to survive, always being closed. Okay so the food and employees were great, theanager on duty was having a bad day so that means all the orders that were parked were also having a bad day. We ordered $30 worth of food, she brings us out a bag hands it to us and runs back to the restaurant ignoring our shouts that this was not our order, then of course she shut the door because their inside was closed so the door would not open. Luckily we figured out which other car was waiting on food and handed them there order and waitied for the next food to exit the building and surprisingly enough the manager was not the carrier if said food, she allowed one of her workers to bring it out.
