Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

Terrible management. Have not trained there employees at all on how to deal with customers, especially when busy. Thankfully they can make a sandwich well. Had lunch here and there was a rush right after I got my food, I sat down and ate it in store. Looks like a bunch of online orders came through at once so the employees started to IGNORE customers walking in. One guy came in, went up to the register, grabbed a bag of chips and waited almost 10 minutes before a employee said kind of rudely, "We have no bread!". The guy apologized and left. Soon after a family came in and the employees simply yelled we have no bread at them. The Mom said "Do you have wraps or anything" and the employee just pointed at the bread rack then at the tickets. The family stood there for a minute then left confused. This is managements fault 100%, how you let people this bad at dealing with customers and a rush run your store...

We used to have good experiences with this store, very prompt and would always call if they were running behind. The past 6 months we have had nothing but bad experiences. One day we ordered food at 2 o'clock and after an hour called to ask where they were they were they replied they were very far behind and that there were 3 orders to be delivered before us. Another hour goes by and we call again and they tell us the same thing. We cancelled our order then another hour went by and our food showed up. the bag looked like it had been through hell and the delivery girl had no idea we cancelled over an hour ago. A few months went by and we tried to order again, it took them 45 minutes and they didn't have half our order. We will not be using this...

I love jimmy Johns, but hate this location. They can never get orders correct without constantly monitoring their every move while they make the sandwich. Today I did an online order of a number 4 with extra turkey, cut in half, extra tomatoes and mayo.. NO EXTRA TURKEY and NOT cut in half.. I’ve been delivered subs with no lettuce from this location and countless other times they forget/neglect to follow simple sandwich instructions that’s on the slip RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR FACE! NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO BABYSIT THE STAFF to make sure their sandwiches are being correctly made, ESPECIALLY when there is already specific instructions RIGHT ON THE SLIP.
