If I could rate 0 I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I ordered online, sat in the line for 30 minutes. When I got to the window they said they didn’t have my order even after I gave the code in the order line. Once they said they didn’t have my order I asked if they could just refund me because I’d been sitting there so long and was going to be late back to work. She said she couldn’t refund me because I didn’t know off the top of my head what all was on my order. I was trying to pull it up and was told to pull in the pick up spot. I finally found the order on the app and went inside. Waited in line before deciding it wasn’t worth it and headed back to work. I tried calling 5 times before someone answered to try and get my money refunded. I asked to speak to a manager and told them what happened. It was the girl in the window that told me she couldn’t refund me. She starts yelling at the top of her lungs about she didn’t say she couldn’t give me a refund. There’s absolutely no way she is a manager and if she is she should immediately be fired! I work in customer service and would have never spoke to a customer the way I just was. She said she refuses to give me a refund over the phone and to come back in. When I told her I couldn’t that I had to go back to work that I was late she continued to say that I would need to come back through the drive through. Why couldn’t she have refunded me while I was sitting there why did she say she couldn’t refund me then back track while on the phone?! This whole experience has me questioning coming back. Read moreOkay so I normally utilize the drive up/ pickup through the McDonalds app. Today my family and I decided to eat inside so we could all chat. Since the remodel, there is no refill station for soda inside the lobby. You have to ask for a refill, but your drink also comes out with your food. Which to me, makes no sense whatsoever. Not only is it harder on the employees, it’s harder on the customers. I enjoy the self service at most fast food restaurants, mainly because I have worked in fast food before, and the less I had to interact with the customers the better. But in this instance, it makes it so that you have to go out of your way to ask an employee, who mostly don’t even acknowledge your existence at the counter. They push the self service kiosk and act like it’s the end of the world if they have to physically put someone’s order in at the counter. Since I forgot to order a drink at the kiosk, I went up to the counter. There was an employee who walked away as soon as I walked up to the counter. Then they continued to walk past the counter and ignore me and three other customers waiting to order or get their order fixed. I shouldn’t have to shout someone down and say “Hey, I’m trying to order!” This is by far the WORST service I have ever had at McDonald’s and it’s even worse since the remodel. Do not recommend...
Read moreEver since the remodel the service sucks and food is a hit or miss. Like tonight 1/13/25 at 8:50pm i ordered a cheeseburger, medium fry and ranch along with a number 3 medium meal. The girl put us on hold for 4 minutes at the drive thru to talk to her co workers in the middle of my order and found out she didn't even even put the one medium fry on the order. Than when we pulled up to the first window we sat there again waiting on her to stop talking to her friends. The guy at the second window only filled my drink up 3/4 of the way and handed us the food. As we was checking the bag is when we noticed the missing fry and I sat there for 5 minutes waiting on him to notice us still sitting there (with a line behind us) and he turn looked at us and walked away. I pull around and go inside a guy eating on his lunch had to go back and get someone to come to the counter because no one wanted to check if there was customers and the guy that came up got shity with me like I ruined his night by having to help me get my missing fry.
