My first visit at NXT Nutrition was at the previos location in North Aurora. The new store is now located in Batavia came in weighting 320lbs. Wendy approach and recommendation to me was holistic health, Nutrition, increasing water intake, exercise, meal planning and portions and when you can't make it to the store Wendy has made herself available text or phone call for all the support you need. Wendy has the body mass machine that measures your body mass, body fat, and weight. For the last 3 years going to Wendy and NXT Nutrition has been rewarding, goals have been set and accomplishments made. I now weight approximately 245 lbs., my favorite drinks are the protein drinks and an occasional energy drink, supplements as needed. Horrible experience. Me and my sister decided to try it because we work in the area and have been curious. We like protein bowls and wanted to see what the place was like because we never really saw anyone go in, but now we know why. While checking out the lady at the counter started telling us we should buy their fat burning supplements specifically for our stomachs and kept staring at our bodies. Being fat shamed is not how I wanted to spend my lunch break lol the protein bowls were pretty much milk, ice and protein powder. Not worth the money or time, waiting for the bowls and hearing the degrading sales pitch took up my whole 30 min break. Will never go here again. Staff service and food 0/10.
