Subway — Restaurant in Aurora Township

The customer service is hands down the worst in town. Feels sad since me and my fiance fell in love with the Midwest because of the people, everyone is so sweet and glad to talk to you or to be able to help you, it makes you want to be the same way with everyone else, this is not the case with the cashier/server in this Subway (tall, curly hair guy), my fiancé's English needs some work, and when he couldn't understand what she was saying, he yelled at her, I had to come back running to see what had happened, she said she will never return, I went back another day by myself and completely forgot this happened, when I got to the counter, I could see him hiding in the back, so naturally I said "excuse me" in the most educated way I could since I know the tone can sometimes be annoying, he yelled from the back and said "you need to relax" out of the blue, and I told him "I'm relaxed, you got a problem?" And he just kept making sounds and murmuring to himself like he hated his job or something, I don't want to trash the guy, but he seriously needs to either quit because he is being miserable in that job, or learn how to...

I have not stopped at this location before as I normally just grab my groceries and get going as I have an hour drive home, but I decided to stop today, which I'm glad I did! Both a guy and gal were working but were working on making bread. They were out of my favorite, but that's ok as i enjoy wheat too. actual laziest employee and worst customer service I’ve ever seen. He was snarky after taking extended time in the back on his phone. Stood there for at least 4 minutes waiting. No one else in line. Caught an attitude before anything even came out of my mouth. (Tall guy with curly hair) He even had an attitude with the person behind me. Bad day or not that was unnecessary.
