Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Aurora

This happened Friday April 21 2023 around 9am I ordered bunch of food and when I got home (approx 12 min drive ) I realized they forgot the Chick-fil-A sauce..I love their sauce so when I found out it was missing I ate the hash browns and it just wasn't the same and I was disappointed..(people that have had this experience will understand) so I decided to make the drive back to the location and ask for sauce and for a fresh batch of hash browns to enjoy with the Chick-fil-A sauce, since the rest of my food in the 20 min frame was getting cold so I thought the least they can do is give me some hash browns for my troubles, to at least enjoy some food that's warm..but they took it as me trying to get free hash browns and they thought I was saying that they forgot to put hash browns on the bag Wich I never did say..so the employee outside with the earpiece and tablet when he approached my vehicle asked to see my bag..I honestly thought he was gonna check my receipt but he proceeded to take all the food out the bag and when he found the box not hash browns he was like " they did give you hash browns" I was shocked at what I was seeing ..this guy literally took all the food out my bag just to make a point when he had no clue I asked for the hash browns cause the least they can do Is give me a fresh batch since i drove all the way back just for sauce that they forgot to put in the first place ... What he did was unsanitary and unprofessional..I should've gotten my whole order new when he did that..but if they were being cheap for some hash browns, I can only imagine for a whole food order..I took the sauce and left and just threw away all the food..my morning was ruined and it was a waste of time overall..zero stars...

My experience was absolutely horrific. I placed a DoorDash order then after my order was placed I immediately called the restaurant an spoke to Steve “the manager.” I told Steve that I just placed my order an I want my food fresh an well done, as I purchased 30 nuggets fries an a crispy chicken sandwich. At first he said he’d write it down an make sure it happened then he said I can’t garentee well done then he ended the conversation saying I will make sure your food is well done and fresh. 2 min later I get a text from DoorDash saying my food was on its way. I receive my food an the entire order is ice cold my son had to heat his food up in the microwave. Obviously this means I will have to purchase something else to eat from (somewhere else). I then call The restaurant an apple to the same manager an I told him about how he didn’t honor his commitment and my food was ice cold. He said I’m sorry but I couldn’t garentee well done food. I said but you can garentee ice cold food? I would have been happy to have hot food at a minimum. He was extremely Condescending. He did nothing to rectify my issue. I will definitely be going to corporate about my complaint. Worse experience ever, an I spend hundreds a week at this location. But basically I was told if you get your order placed via Grubhub or DoorDash your business priority. Only the customers that are going to the restaurant to pick up their food is a valued customer. I will go out of my way to go to a different location...

The place is always clean inside and out. I sometimes choose to dine in, but most of the time I really like to go for the drive through instead since it is better and more convenient for me. There are always a lot of people both inside and in the drive through, but the drive through is better when it comes to fast service. There is always a long line, but it is always fine for me because I know that the staff are doing their best to serve everyone. I have been here a lot of times and the staff are always nice and friendly. They always greet me with a smile, even if the day is very busy for them considering the number of customers. My order would just go around with the chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and waffle fries. So far, I have never really experienced anything wrong with my order or anything. Even if the service is slow in the drive through sometimes, my order is always perfect with everything in it. Also, the food is always served hot and fresh, and everything always tastes so good. Meanwhile, I do not have any problem with the prices, and they are fair...
