The food here is actually really good—no complaints about the taste or quality. But the drive-thru? It’s honestly the worst part of this location and has been for years. The potholes are deep and dangerous, especially near the speaker box, around the bend, and toward the exit. My car got stuck recently, and it was a struggle to get out—felt like it could’ve done real damage.
On top of that, the layout of the drive-thru is just bad. You can’t even get close enough to the pickup window. I’ve had to physically get out of my car to grab my order more than once. What’s the point of a drive-thru if you have to do that?
I’ve mentioned this to staff multiple times, and every time it’s brushed off with a quick “okay, thanks” and no action. The condition has only gotten worse, and it feels like no one is addressing it. It’s been like this for over two years.
Honestly, the food might be good, but the experience is frustrating enough to make you want to avoid this location altogether. Popeyes really needs to step in—this reflects badly on the brand.

Read moreI placed an order thru the app at 8:43pm for pickup at 9pm. I got to the store at 8:55 and waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins before reaching the speaker where the employee named “will” told me they didn’t have the order and I must not have submitted it. I told him I did submit it, had the order number, and the receipt. He told me I must be at the wrong location to which I confirmed I was at the right location. He continued to have an attitude and offer no solution to my problem. When I got to the window, another girl came up and told me the same thing that they didn’t have my order. I asked how to get a refund since I wasn’t getting my food. No response. She then asked me to show her my app, receipt, and my bank account info to prove I paid for my order. After 15 minutes of arguing, they told me it must me they don’t even have 3 of the items I ordered: sweet tea, sweet hot sauce, and wicked shrimp. They said they would give me popcorn shrimp instead so I said okay. They then tried to only give me the popcorn shrimp and none of the rest of my order. Read moreI went there with couple of friends at 9:47 pm and the doors were locked when clearly they are closed at 10 pm. We knocked on the window and the employee said were closed and said we have no chicken sanwhiches. We came inside the store and a man told us they have sanwhiches. We were really confused on why the employee said that and it’s wrong to even lock the doors. Many people who saw the door locked but me and my friends know that rules and regulations of American fast food restaurants. We then ordered and a female came and she looked like a friend of the employee who said they were closed and she gave us attitude. I don’t even think she works there. He didn’t have to lie to us or even lock the door . I would understand if it was 9:57 pm but it was 9:47 pm and they had the chicken sanwhich. They also messed up on our order where my friend said no pickles and spicy and it was pickles and spicy . He is allergic to pickles and had an allergic reaction. If I’m the manger of this place I would hire workers who care and go by the rules. This is America... in those 5 min they made about 60 dollars but missed out on 100 dollars because people left.
