I can through at 11:50 on a Saturday so I WAS willing to be understanding. I used a code, ordered at the drive thru and paid with Apple Pay t the first window-first guy was SUPER friendly-i said no to the receipt because I never have issues with mcds! I got to the 2nd window and the dude shoved my drinks in the drink holder to me and said pull up to the next window as I was handing my husband the drinks he said again “pull up!” Leaned out the window and pointed. I drove forward and was waiting over 20 mins a long with the next 2 cars after me til that guy came out and tried to hand me cookies, I said that I didn’t order that and he looked confused and ask what I ordered so I said a couple things I ordered and he stood there looking confused and walked back inside. I watched a lot of cars come and go in the meantime while me and the 2 other cars waited another 7-10 mins then the manager came out with a nasty attitude and was saying they didn’t charge me and that I never ordered. I showed her my order in the app and she asked for my phone and took pictures, I also showed her that my bank charged me for the order. She said “you ordered ALL this?? Just now?” I said yeah it says yesterday because now it’s after midnight! And she rudely said “okay ima bring the order!” And slammed the window. The guy came out and the girl was waiting to TWO COOKIES stopped him and asked where her cookies were and he ignored her. He walked to other car behind me and went back inside and got all 3 of our orders and brought us all the items. Not even so much as a sorry. Before I could even look at my order he went back inside. They messed up 2 of my items. The line was wrapped around the parking lot so I didn’t even bother…I usually let stuff go when it comes to fast food but this...
Read moreVery poor management. First of all i understand that there is a covid crisis and need of total protection from the people who walks through the drive through.. thats why its called drive through because you need a car in order for you to make an order.. but when we got there, we just made an 5 hours drive and check in into the hotel and this mcdonald is just across the street and we said "hey we can just eat there" with the covid crisis going on today you do not know which resturants, fast food are ready for dine in and who are just taking take outs, so we try to get in and its close.. we looked everywhere and there is no place to order for walk ins.. so, we what we did is walk through the drive through and tried to make an order there.. of course they didnt even speak to us through the speaker and just made us stand there like a fool for almost 3 minutes and a half with a freezing cold temperature outside.. and then we finally go to the window and told us " sorry you need to have a car" we kept on yelling over there "hello" on the speaker and clearly they can see us because there is a camera but they didnt even told us on the speaker that they cannot entertain us because we need to have a car to order.. i mean are we wrong here? What other choices do have left if the lobby is close and the only thing available is the drive through? What if your just a regular person who doesnt have a car and wants to enjoy their meal? I know what we did was wrong and foolish but what can we do? I hope the manager of this place could see and do something regarding on this problem..for now i am not recommend to eat in this place most especially if you don't own a car.. because 100 percent they won't...
Read moreSo ok my face had road rash from a very serious bicycle accident that I went through about four hours before making a trip to said McDonald's and I'd cleaned up my face and head as best I could but trying to bandage my face and head would have prevented my line of vision and seeing as how I depend on sight and sound to not wreck when riding. Any how I went in and proceeded to put the family who sent me to McDonald's cause the kids were hungry. Well by the time I got about half way through the entire staff were muttering in Spanish things about my face also things like just ignore him he'll go away this cold shoulder judgemental treatment when on for the next couple of minutes until I got the point. Instead how this should have been handled since just ignore seems to be the new McDonald's way if handling situatulions. Someone should have, before it even became anything at all , came to me respectfully and said 'sir I'm not sure you aware but it's company policy as well as health code that the condition you're in with the bleeding open wounds can't be in a food service establishment without proper bandages and decidnt coverage, I hate to do this but I have to ask you to use the drive through or leave. Again my apologies and thank you for your cooperation.' I would have said 'no sorry no worries I spaced that I'm a wreck hope everybody has a good day because I would have been treated like a human being. My mother raised me to say please and thank you and To be polite and respectful. No matter where I am. no matter who I'm dealing with. Not that I expect that exactly but to completely ignore seems like the most...
