Arby's — Restaurant in Austin

If there was a choice of ZERO stars, this scathing review of ARBY'S in ALBERT LEA, MN would qualify for that rating. Times are tough... I get it. BUT I am so completely overwhelmed with disappointment with the management of this fast-food-stop. We will not be bothering with going through their drive-through anymore... Not even for a drink. Whoever made the bird-brain decision to remove so many favorite foods that we would look forward to feasting-on. I love their onion rings... GONE! My WIFE'S choice... CORDONBLU... GONE! In fact, the cashier rattled off a list of some of our favorite go-to choices. I told her ARBY'S has lost us as customers! We will reconsider our decision of this boycott when the upper-management reconsiders their decision and bring all these choices back. ONLY when they admit to making this bad administrative decision and apologize to their customers for this extreme inconvenience by placing this apology in the ALBERT LEA TRIBUNE, FREEBORN COUNTY SHOPPER, and ON-LINE. I'm curious if the management for ARBY'S is also associated with CRACKER BARREL. Another dim-witted decision of removing FRENCH DRESSING as a choice for salads. Our waiter told us that their upper-management made that decision. He also said that most of his customers wanted FRENCH DRESSING. Do what's right ARBY'S. Any others...

I was door dashing an order and I came in to pick up an order. (I didn’t have my DoorDash bag due to being new and it takes a couple business days to receive one in the mail) and the girl who was at the front desk was incredibly rude. She was snobby and almost refused giving me the order due to not having a bag. I told her I didn’t have one and then she proceeded to tell me to go to my car to get one, even after telling her I didn’t have one. She then got rude and very snappy. This was today, Easter, around 2-4pm. At Austin MN. Very unprofessional and needs a serious reality check. The rolling of eyes, the attitude, all of it was very uncalled for all over just picking up an order. As I was walking out, she even proceeded to say “have a nice day” in a condescending tone. The order was a shake and a brisket meal if that helps you figure out what her name was....

OH my goodness ! I have eating here for several years, service, food, and atmosphere has been outstanding until tonight ! The girl who took our order was rude, obnoxious and just mutter her words as if we were too much trouble or we were interfering her time on the phone. Not even a smile or a thank you. Next time we eat there and if she is working the counter we will walk out and go somewhere else. The young lady who cooked our food is always outstanding ! We were there at 10:20 on...
