This review is for one unprofessional bartender in particular at the bar.

To the female bartender that worked the Saturday night 9/25 shift. You ruined our night out that we had waited on for a long time. We were so excited to have drinks at this bar and the male bartender and lady at the hotel check in were amazing. But you had to ruin everything and had us leave with a sour taste.

Saying things like: "I don't have time for your order" and "if you want something sweet go to another bar" is unacceptable and uncalled for. Isn't that your job? To serve customers?

I will never be coming back with my husband and I will be telling all my friends in the Austin area to be wary of this place.

I really hope that this hotel takes a hard look at the staff they hire and that they monitor how they talk to customers...

Stayed at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised with the amazing lobby/bar atmosphere. Words and pictures don't do it justice. Staff are super friendly and there is a constant flow of people coming and going. Was very impressed with the cocktails. Their Sangria is amazing! Also tried the Moxy Lady and Double the Love. Both very good! Bar is in lobby next to Zombie Taco. Brilliant concept!! Behind the bar is the "backyard" with fun seating, swings, ping pong, jenga, fire...

Very nice and new hotel in Austin!! Breakfast Burrito at Zombie Taco was good. Free drinks at check in. Nice outdoor patio and games area..... DJ played good music room was small but comfortable,clean and well laid out. Only complaints are we were next to elevator and could hear it beep.... noise did wake us up Parking $40.00 a night And no easy place to get picked up or dropped off.... there was ALWAYS someone parked in the space on side street where you had 2 spaces...
