Juan More Taco is an absolute gem tucked away in the parking lot of an amazing hand wash car wash—talk about a win-win! Not only can you get your car sparkling clean, but you can also enjoy some of the best tacos in town while you wait.

I had the breakfast taco with bacon and egg, and it was perfection. The bacon was crispy, the eggs were fluffy, and the tortilla was fresh and warm, tying everything together beautifully. My wife had the potato and egg taco, and she couldn’t stop raving about how perfectly seasoned and satisfying it was.

First off I have had Tortas from many different legit Mexican food restaurants. I ordered the Super Torta (steak, chicken, and ham) and it was top notch. Juan (owner/operator) was excellent in all aspects of providing great service. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious, the bread was crispy and just right...waiting for my car wash never tasted this good. I will be back as soon as possible. His food truck is off West 5th. OMG! Hands down the best tacos I’ve had in Austin so far, and I’m always trying new spots!

The service was excellent, and the owner was super friendly and attentive. The taco truck is set up at a car wash, which actually made for some fun people-watching while we waited for our food. We ordered the steak tacos, and they were packed with flavor and came with generous portions of meat. The spicy sauce? Incredible!

So glad I found this gem… I just wish it was closer...
