Love Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Austin

Awesome place! We’ve visited Austin for the first time and before heading out we wanted boba otw back home and stopped at this place. The parking was a little confusing, still don’t know where to park lol but don’t let that have u miss a wonderful place and people. I’m assuming they were owners. We were so confused of the whole parking thing and I think they can tell everything was such in a rush my sister didn’t get the chance to look and really order but they ended up given us an extra at no extra cost! Funny thing that’s one of her favorite too. 🥰 Also we were skeptical that it would might not taste good but it was delicious and the service was amazing not because of the freebie 🤣 but it felt homey and how patience and kind and understanding they were. I don’t normally do reviews but with an outstanding service and great taste of a drink I gotta share so others can enjoy as well. I’m very picky with my boba drinks too, actually with all my food and money I spend on things 🤣 so if y’all in town or near go support this small business, I don’t say stuff like...

I LOVE LOVE BUBBLE TEA!! I had ordered delivery from Love and was obsessed but finally made it to the shop this week…OMG!!! It is even better! Priti(I’m sure I have spelled her name wrong😔)was so sweet and I ended up ordering the Pink Teddy with coconut milk….it was INCREDIBLE! Imagine the best cotton candy/strawberry milk tea(you can get without tea,too) you have ever had, then multiply it by 100. THATis how good it is. I even went back a day later because I had to take my daughter/get it again to see if it was just a wonderful dream and it was STILL SO GOOD! The second time I went there was a different person at the counter(who was also so sweet!) when I made my order(the same order as the prior day) and Priti came out from the back because she had remembered my order! This may seem like a small thing but in an Austin where everything is changing, it seems s so awesome to go somewhere that the customer service is just as magnificent as the product. I LOVE LOVE and will probably have to go back...
