This is my go-to place to beat my Mediterranean food cravings! I love the shawarma there, one of the best in Austin. Its perfectly flavored. And the khuboos(pita bread) is soft beyond words. Loved the hummus and baklawa(Arab sweet) as well. This is a must visit place for authentic Arab food!! #TasteBudsSatisfied #HappyTummy #LoveForMediterranean

I popped in to see this little trailer next to Starbucks on Oltorf and was so impressed with both the price and flavor of the food! The owner, Mr. Ali, is so friendly as well. I had the #16 Chicken Shawarma and the dolma. Both were incredible!! I already made plans to grab dinner here for my family next week.

The falafel is my favorite, it never makes it home. My husband and I have been coming here for about a year now, the owner is so kind and the food is always on point. Definitely worth a try! Their little outdoor area is cute too, there's picnic tables and lights.

The man working here was so friendly the first time I ordered. And gave me open and helpful menu advice for my tired, after-work mind. I told him I liked food real-spicy and the wrap had a pretty decent heat, the chicken was tender and the flavors in the sauces complimented everything well.

The second time I ordered here, he remembered and asked, "And- you like spicy, right?" - and I excitedly said, "Yeah. But even more!" This time I sweat a bit and, again, it was delicious. I walked away happily satisfied and he gave me a friendly shout- "Hey- Don't forget your bike!" My happy, airheaded-self was about to walk the rest of the way home, apparently.

The third time I ordered here he made me laugh by calling me a, "smart customer!" because he'd just finished a fresh batch of rice. The rice was well cooked, soft with great texture. The spices were pleasant and complimentary. And the lemony tang to the cauliflower (I think it was pickled) was particularly tasty alongside the main dish. I could have ate a full plate of just those veggies. Yum.

So, in short, thank you for being here. I've been satisfied and happy with your...

The food here is all really amazing. I am a big fan of their gyro's and kebabs but everything on Tybah's menu tastes super great. The food reminds me a lot of the food my late grandfather would make when I went to go visit him (he was the son of a lebanese immigrant and he learned how to cook from his father) so this place will always be special to me because of that. The owner of the store is a really kind, funny, and good man who gives you a free bottle of water with every meal. Overall this food truck is a great place to go to if you want tasty, filling and affordable Gyros, Kebabs, and...

There’s a reason their rating is holding strong at 5 stars with over 30 reviews!!! This place is absolutely incredible. We had the beef shawarma wrap, the gyro rice bowl/plate, the hummus and baklava and every single thing was amazing. The meat essentially melts in the mouth, the flavor is stunning. The red sauce is spicy if you don’t like spice, watch out. The serving size is very generous and the prices are too. Even the little things, like their pickles, were great!! I’m honestly contemplating going again tomorrow....run don’t walk to eat at this...
