UNREAL HOW RUDE THEIR DELIVERY GUY JUST WAS WHEN DELIVERING FOOD TO OUR OFFICE FOR LUNCH. A REP THAT WE WORK WITH ORDERED DELIVERY FROM HERE & THEY PAID BY PHONE WITH THEIR CREDIT CARD. WHEN THIS DELIVERY GUY ARRIVED HE WAS KNOCKING ON THE FRONT WINDOW TO OUR OFFICE WHILE I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A PHONE CALL & HE HAD ZERO PATIENCE IN WAITING JUST A MOMENT UNTIL I HUNG UP THE PHONE. THEN HE'S RUDELY DEMANDING A SIGNATURE & I HAD TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT THIS WAS NOT ANYONE'S CREDIT CARD IN THIS OFFICE & THAT A REP HAD PLACED THE ORDER BY PHONE FOR DELIVERY & THAT IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO IS LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO SIGN THE CARD RECEIPT. HE THEN STARTS THREATENING TO TAKE THE FOOD & LEAVE WITH IT, DESPITE ME ASKING HIM TO CALL THE RESTAURANT & ASK THEM WHAT THEIR PROTOCOL IS FOR DELIVERY ORDERS PLACED BY PHONE SINCE ALLLLL OVER AVENTURA THERE ARE BUSINESS OFFICES HAVING LUNCHES ORDERED & DELIVERED BY REPS. EVERYWHERE. EVERYDAY. HE THEN STARTS CALLING MY OFFICE PHONE, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME NO LESS, AND IS SO INCOMPETENT THAT AFTER I SAID YOU'RE CALLING ME & HUNG UP HE CONTINUED TO CALL ANOTHER 2 TIMES WHILE I'M LIKE, 'HELLO?? YOU KEEP CALLING ME & AREN'T PAYING ATTENTION. I SAID CALL YOUR RESTAURANT." UNREAL. AFTER THE BELIGERENT IDIOT FINALLY LEAVES, I THEN CALL THE RETAURANT & THEY INFORM ME THAT THIS DELIVERY GUY IS THE OWNER OF THE RESTAURANT. YOU. HAVE. GOT. TO. BE. KIDDING. ME. Semi-regular customer of this restaurant here. When it comes to food, I have noticed that it varies in quality and quantity depending on the hour of the day, getting fresher food at lunch. For dinner, I see less quantity of everything on the plate (feta on salad, sauce on Falafel), along with dry rice, and watery salad. In general, I give the food 3 stars, and 5 stars for cleanliness.

However, the reason why I am posting this review as 1 star is because of the owner's attitude (the white-haired guy). First, this individual seems perpetually angry. I am sure running a restaurant can't be easy, BUT, this does not mean that he is allowed to treat customers with attitude, rudeness and disdain. You are not doing us a favor here pal. There are other Mediterranean food options within a 5 mile radius, that are just as good if not better, and better priced too.

Another reason for my 1 star review: his various responses to reviews that deal with food pickup drivers is disgusting. I can tell that he treats these people poorly as well. Why the attitude? These are human beings just trying to make a living.

I would suggest anger management as well as intense customer relationship training for this individual, to start with.

Needless to say, I am not...

The food was good. Nothing to write home about. Definitely not authentic Greek food. I had the Hummus as a starter and the Chicken Souvlaki Platter, along with a soda, for my meal. Requested some more tzatziki sauce for my souvlaki and was charged for it. Tip suggestions of 15, 20 and 25% on receipt are based on POST TAX amount. Service was a little slow, it took 10 minutes for the hummus. My meal was ready 5 minutes later but sat on the counter for about 5 minutes before it was served. The chicken was bordering on over cooked but edible. Plate too small for food, uncomfortable to eat from because it's too crowded. Total charge for 1 person including 20% tip: $34.42.

The owner had an exchange of words with one of the waiters, in public - not appropriate.

Final assessment: Walk, don't run, especially if you are looking for real authentic Greek Food. Can not accommodate large parties due to size...
