Lucciano's Aventura — Restaurant in Aventura

I have been to this wonderful place since they opened and I have brought many of my friends and family there we all love it the quality of their products the lovely environment, and the servers I have had in the past were amazing. I have always felt welcomed . However today Tuesday, May, 20th and 7:12 p.m., walked into the parlor I greeted the young lady that was there by herself she did not reciprocate, I waited patiently and she still didn't acknowledge me so I said to her "hi I'd like to try to samples," she ignored me and kept doing what it was that she was doing and I asked her "did you hear me?" She did not respond, waited a few more seconds then she "said you'll have to wait." That point I felt so insulted by her, chose to walk out without purchasing anything. I said unto her, "you do not have good customer service skills I'm going to make your manager know of such." I didn't even look in my direction she just kept doing what she was doing with her nonchalant attitude. I've been there many times I know this does not reflect the store it's her lack of customer service skills that turned me off. I still highly recommend that everyone go try they're amazing product it's worth...

This place felt like being a kid in a candy store except with ice cream! They have so many delicious flavors to choose from and they offer no milk or no egg options which is a plus for me.

My go to is a basic cookies and cream and as you can see , I dug in until it was completely gone! They allow you to mix flavors , people in my group got the following

Passion fruit - tart but tasty Chocolate - tasted heavy and more like a dark chocolate Mango - light flavor but smooth Strawberry - packed with flavor

The ice cream is a bit pricey.

The atmosphere was phenomenal. They have a giant giraffe display and both kids and adults love it. They also have monkey figures in the front windows that are so cute. At the time of our visit, there was no music playing but it would definitely add more fun to the vibe.

The bathrooms...

I did not like this place. The ice cream is mediocre, the decor not appealing and made me wonder what does a Giraffe do inside the ice cream parlor. On top of that, they have the "policy" that you cannot have 2 flavors in the smallest cup so if you want 2 flavors you have to go to next size. The serving is stingy and is supposed to be 6 ounces...as a good gesture they served 7.2 ounces. I went to Anita a few times and they don't have that "shady" policy which means you can put 2 flavors in the small cup. Also in Anita the serving is really amazing. They don't count ounces...they make you happy with a nice serving. I hope they change those shady policies...it doesn't work in this market. I really wish...
