It was kind of a wait...which was sorta weird since we were the only ones at the front waiting to order...but there was a hispanic young lady that seemed super DOOPER busy...& an african-american young -woman. The mexican girl up front was really nice once she got to us...ti didnt get any of their names so i apologize....but there was inu...the african american girl was absolutely sweet as can be. ❤ Rustys should absolutely keep this person, (the server), as an employee, as she had EXCELLENT customer service skills and was smiling and super nice & sweet the entire time. ...One employee who was extremely attentive to our needs n wants, he was just cleaning the tables, (as, we were the last table of customers to leave from the establishment - about 10:31pm was our departure time/arrived home at 10:44pm) and he was just SOOOOO SWEET(!), all smiles, (i'd even go as far as saying he was VERY handsome!!☺) I def. Got his name, it was "Randy" and he was even keeping track of my two small children who were running around the quarter machines and the games...my 4yr old son needed one last quarter n this guy gave him that extra quarter that he'd needed! FROM HIS OWN POCKET! He did not hace to do that. I thought that was just SOOO AMAZING! What kinda peraon does that for some kid they'd never even met?! ...all ive got left to say is that, that restraunt is a very clean, it smelled very clean, the rextrooms were very neat n clean, our table was very clean (as i always check for that), and i would give this eatery a grade "A". The pizza and the wedges were quite obviously FRESH FRESH FRESH and, because of that last employee, "Randy", i would definitely, ABSOLUTELY recommend this establishmebt to any n all others. Whomever does the hiring at that specific rustys - KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING when chosing a potential employee. This guy, randy, just really appeared to be in his element. He was getting ghost is job done, he was focused on his work but while also maintaining conscientious about his surroundings/customers. .....Either hes got a soft spot for children - or hes just really detail oriented...that guy'd be a great employee ANYWHERE, I'd say! Hes a keeper. And so is the af.-Am. Toung woman who brought out our food. An extremely polite and attentive group. Made for a quite delightful end-cap on a chaotic and stressfull evening. Thank u Rusty's and your employees, (asp. 'Randy') (On ming ave. And wivle/oak st). Asb a nice, positive evening was much...
Read moreI’m going to be honest and mindful about my experience. When deciding to visit this Rusty’s pizza it was a spur of the moment choice. I believe that there would be games or machines or something entertainment, entertaining for my self for my kid, and we plan to dine in however, upon entering, we noticed the game area, and there was only the machines working which the machine did take my kids dollar they have a lot of games that are like sit in games, driving games and stuff like that but they are not working. They are out of order so the only thing that does work is a machine that is a game which cost a dollar and it’s more than likely that you were not gonna win anything and that’s the only game that they have working besides the little pinball where you can win a prize of a little bouncy ball. My kid was disappointed. We did not decide to die there. we actually got it to go because I was just nothing to entertain my kid with when we were waiting for pizza, so it’s clean in there comfortably cold. There’s lots of seating lots of tables and plenty of space for people to get in and out of their chairs you know past people very wide in there very wide location so it’s not gonna seem crowded even if there is a lot of people, but that was our issue. Have such a big space chill temperature and not have anything to entertain the kids with while people eat or while we’re there waiting you know to get our food. My kid was not having something to do while we waited. That’s the reason for my four stars rating the pizza was great. It was very good. It reminded me a lot of King Leos back in the day. A bit pricy but what...
Read moreSo I called ahead to make sure there was indoor dining. There was. We walk in and I said it would be a party of 15. The cashier, that looked oblivious to anything, said " let me check if we can do a party of 15. We only do parties of 10". I said," no problem we can split into groups of 5 each". Her reply, " but we only do parties on 10". Ok then. She leaves to go ask management, that was sitting in the dining room on her phone. The manager said, " bc of the covid we can only do parties of 10 and no more,". Again I told them we would split up in groups of 5. There was no one else in the dining room. So we sat ourselves at the tables that didnt have a no sitting sign. Only to see that every table was dirty. The dining room was hot. No air on. Pot wreaked from the pot store nextdoor. Smelt like the employees were smoking it in the back while working. We gathered ourselves and kids and walked out. Definitely has went done hill. From the building, in interior decorations, the coworkers, the management and the outward appearance. Horrible...
