Let's Wing It — Restaurant in Balch Springs

Love this place! Has yet to disappoint! The wait is a little long but well worth it! It's short staffed like just about all places now a days. But like I said it's worth the wait. You may be a little intimidated when you first walk in because it's ever busy in the dining room. But they're delivery orders are constant! I don't mind that at all because I prefer to eat in a less crowded area! The decor in this place is super cute! Every now and then the cook comes out and make sure we are good and happy! They do not have early hours like they used to anymore due to being short staffed but it's all good as long as I can still get my wings...

I wish I could give 0 stars. The first time we tried this place, we did an curbside pickup order. Got there and they were so rude and the lady acted like she didn't even know they did online orders let alone curbside pickup. Some how their system didn't let them know that we had placed an online order. So we had to wait for our food to be made. So my wife wanted to give them another try. And if course they got my order wrong and the fries were burnt to a crisp. I definitely do NOT recommend this place! And will not be back!...
