The owners, Rob and Angela, were so personable. So glad we stopped by this new spot, Bodega and Vino! We stayed 2 hours! The decor is rich and has history and certainly a conversation piece. We started with a bottle of wine. It was luscious and delectable. Anglea's favorite red wine and I see why. The empanadas were savory and scrumptious. We had flatbread, made to order, and the arroz con Ganules (Puerto Rican rice), which finished cooking before we left (Thank you Lordt!). Authentic and full of flavor. You will not be disappointed, the food, ambience, a variety of sips, grocery items, coffee and pleasant owners! We took a to-go of the rice and empanadas... Yes, they're that yummy! Definitely returning soon!

I felt instant happiness just walking in! The whole place has such a good vibe and so much to look at and explore. The owners are so sweet and attentive, which made the experience even better. They have so much to offer! My roommate and I stopped in for a glass of wine and ended up trying a flatbread (so good!) and a plantain dish that was delicious. We walked out with a cold bottle of the wine we had, a fresh muffin, and Taharka ice cream. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back!

Love this little place. It is a perfect little getaway in a cute neighborhood. Tables where you can sit down. Check your emails, play games on your computer or actually challenge the owner to a backgammon game! lots of great wines and craft beers, yummy sandwiches and salads and fresh vegetables and baguettes.. good grief. What more could you ask for. And in the heat of the day, the smoothies and the refreshers are a winner. Hope everybody stops in and enjoys it as much as I have!

You ever find yourself someplace completely unplanned and considered, "it’s sooooo good I can't keep it to myself.” That’s what taking a stroll down Hull and wandering into Bodega & Vino will deliver. From the greeting by staff upon entry, to viewing the local goods and grocery offerings, and let’s not forget the variety of wine and craft beer selections - it is simply an EXPERIENCE. Need an espresso and danish before catching the ferry; stop by. Need a quick refresher or smoothie for your mid-day run; stop by. Need to pick up a nice bottle of wine and light refreshments before heading to a friend’s; stop by. Or you simply need to decompress after dealing with the stress of the day; stop by with the family. You can grab a table or seat at the bar and enjoy a glass (or bottle) while chilling with other locals. Bodega & Vino welcoming atmosphere invites you to pop in to grab a few grocery items or sit spell and just be easy. We were so busy indulging in the atmosphere and enjoying ourselves that we forgot to take any pictures. You will simply have to go by and experience...

Angela & Rob, the owners and chef of Bodega and Vino created a real gem in Locust Point. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming whether you’re having a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich or a glass of wine and one of their delicious appetizers. We tried the empanadas, flatbread and sliders to go along with our wine. Angela & Rob shared a new item on the menu called Pincho’s. I’d share more but you need to go yourself and try it.

They’re amazing hosts and would love to see them succeed here in...
