ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY RUDE! If I could give a negative Stars I would.

Can you imagine calling up a restaurant trying to give them you're money and order a meal and get yelled and hung up on multiple times?!? I couldn't either... Boy was I wrong! 😂

Called to place an order and asked a very simple question about pizza sizing and price. He literally yelled at me, buddy don't ask question, then told me to wait, comes back a moment later and asks what I want. I remind him he still hasn't answered my question about size and pricing... This man proceeds to berate me telling me I should only call when I have my order ready and that there's no time. He begins saying something else and the line went dead. I call back, he answers, I say hello, dead line... At first I thought it was the call dropping but then I realized he was literally picking up the phone, hearing my voice and hanging up. I call back one last time and he picks up the phone, doesn't say anything just sits there breathing heavily into the line like a complete weirdo until I ask if he has been hanging up on me. He says "Nonono buddy. Nonono" then proceeds to slam the phone loudly and then hang up....

Sorry for being long winded, I felt this really needed to be put out there...

So... ...Yeah, I guess that's what you can expect here... What kind of pizza place can't take an order over the phone?

I order food from this restaurant through grubhub, every thing was fine until I received a call from delivery driver stating he was outside. When my husband went to get the food the delivery driver was across the street from my house and refused to get out his car and meet my husband at the door, so the delivery driver ends up driving off with our food. I contacted the driver ask him why he didnt get out the car he stated “ my boss told us couldnt leave the car when dropping off orders”(*sidenote:the driver is not disabled and is capable of delivering the food he was being lazy) and i told him i didn’t believe him because we order food from yall yesterday and the previous driver was able to deliver it to my door with no issues. After that the driver proceeded to hang up on me. I try to contact the restaurant directly but everytime i call in they would say hello and then hang up. After 10mins i was finally able to speak to someone about the situation but the only they said “delivery driver will be there in 20mins” and then proceeds to hang up on me again, i waited over 30mins and the driver never showed. This place is very unprofessional and rude towards their customers. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!. Overall i just wanted some clarity about the situation, I wasnt rude when speaking to both the driver and the people at the restaurant nor did i ask for a refund i just...

Food is good but I have ordered 3 times recently and service is bad🥴🥴🥴. mind you I only ordered the same thing 3 times 5 wings a fries special with can soda😳😳😳 all orders were pick up not delivered. 🤕🤕🤕the first time I went 35 minutes after ordering got my food 45 minutes later. like why is my food still cooking after 30 minutes. It's only 5 wings and fries!!! 2nd time 40 minutes after ordering food still not done after getting their had to wait 10 more minutes, with no condiments just fork and napkins. today I order at 2:57am and got their at 3:45am, still not done never received it till 4:00am. then get back to work to find out now, I got to pick the feathers out cause they couldn't even clean it properly. I understand missing one of two but the wing was ready to fly off my plate.🕊️🕊️ with all the fethers I took off not just the visable ones. but the ones under the flour like wtf🤷🤷🤷 yaw doing. covid-19 made your service horrible for pick up .🤬🤬🤬 but yet if I ordered from on-line and had it delivered. drivers was their picking up after customer ordered 25 minutes ago smfh🤦🤦🤦 but I call and it's over 50 minutes and still can't get it....
