Massey’s Pizza, Sub & Wings — Restaurant in Baltimore

So I ordered food. I get a call that my food is outside. I go out and get it. I come in and check the order. They didn't give me the pizza I ordered. So I thought no big deal I will just call the driver and have him come back with it since he couldn't have driven that far. I got hung up on three times by the driver. I then call the restaurant to tell them. I get put on hold for almost ten minutes. Then the manager finally picks up and says "your pizza will get delivered lady. " and hangs up. When I am not a lady by the way. So the driver texts me and says it will be over an hour wait for me to get my pizza because of his other deliveries. And that I should just wait u til tomorrow and get a free one then. Mind you I already paid so it would not be free. I told them no I wanted it tonight and that I would wait. I was already aggravated at this point. Then the driver had the nerve to tell me he would really appreciate it if I would just wait until tomorrow because he wants to go home. So I call the store again to tell them what was being said and the manager assures me it would be to me in the next ten minutes. He pulls up and calls and tells me come outside. So I go out to get it. He gives me the pizza says something under his breathe and speeds off down the street like an idiot. Terrible customer service. I recommend no one order from here. One tiny mistake turned into a bunch of nonsense that didn't need to happen. Never going to be using this restaurant again....

Really bad. My family ordered delivery from here. Their menu was in our hotel room - i didn't think to question my father in law's choice of restaurant. Not only was the order wrong, but the food was terrible. We got:

pizza (terrible) turkey (inedible) Mashed potatoes (made from a box, tasteless and really thin - inedible) String beans (drowned in oil and tasteless - inedible) French Fries (fried too hard) Buffalo Wings (fried too hard. not bad, but not good)

I threw most of my food out and I hate wasting money and food. Absolutely hate it. But yo - it was that bad.

It is as though the Massey's business concept is "Make the worst food possible and sell it to ppl who will occasionally/frequently make poor life decisions"

If I had time, I would

Protest in front of the restaurant while sending contemptuous looks of scorn to all employees of the restaurant

Hang up the phone when people called to place orders and

Deliver occasional motivational lectures on pursuing one's passion (the first lecture would be "Quit things you suck at and find your calling somewhere else")

but I don't have time, so I will only copy and paste this review across the internet so that other people won't make the same mistake my family made.

I ORDERED FROM THIS PLACE & I ORDERED 10 CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRIES . TEN. NOT ONLY DID IT TAKE 1 WHOLE HOUR TO GET TO ME ALTHOUGH I DONT EVEN LIKE BUT 2 MILES UP - THE ORDER WAS WRONG. I OPENED THE BOX TO COME TO 6. 6 CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRIES AND ONE HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE WHEN I ASKED FOR 3 EXTRA. WHAT SENSE DOES IT MAKE TO GIVE SOMEONE 6 CHICKEN TENDERS AND ONLY ONE SAUCE!!!!!!! NOT TO MENTION THIS IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. SO WHEN I CALLED HE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA 4 AND THAT 10 CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRIES ISNT A COMBO. I NEVER ONCE ASKED FOR A COMBO AND EVEN IF THAT WAS THE CASE - COMMON SENSE WOULD SAY TO CHARGE ME FOR 10 CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRIES SEPARATELY!!!!! WHY NOT VALUE WHAT THE CUSTOMER SAYS. THIS PLACE OVER CHARGES FOR EVERYTHING BUT REALLY HAVE NO REAL COOKS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOW CAN YOU CHARGE AN ARM & A LEG FOR YOU FOOD & YOU ARE LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF JUNKIE CENTRAL. I WISH THIS WAS A CORPORATE PLACE SO THAT I CAN TAKE MY COMPLAINT FURTHER BECAUSE WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER THE MAN ON THE PHONE CLAIMED TO BE THE MANAGER "SUNNY". I'VE ORDERED FROM THIS PLATE 1000 TIMES AND I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN PAY MY MONEY FOR THIS GARBAGE PLACE. THANK YOU FOR NOT VALUING...
