It’s a basic coffee and baked goods counter. There are some tables inside the main area and breezeway, but most people are doing takeaway. The baked goods remind me of Costco. There’s a good selection though. I had a Blueberry Scone and Chai Tea Latte. Scone was nothing memorable but good. The chai latte was from a concentrate and whatever concentrate they used probably had a nice flavour, but for me they used too much of it, which meant the drink was really sweet and syrupy and also really caffeinated. That’s great if you want a caffeine hit, but I was only prepared for the moderate level of caffeine that you normally get with these things and was surprised to find myself buzzing shortly after finishing. The most appealing part of the place is the couple who runs it, who were very sweet and took the time to make sure they understood everyone’s order. The eating area also looked clean despite being bare and a little disorganized (cramped layout and boxes on one of the tables). I would really only recommend it if you need something to eat or drink in a hurry and the location is convenient (which is how I ended up there - it was on my route and very little was open before 8 am). The prices are affordable enough that it can be an everyday stop. Otherwise it’s not much of a destination, at least based on what I tried.

After a few months of passing Coffeeland on my morning commute to work, my girlfriend and I finally decided to give the place a try and we absolutely loved it! Inside the shop itself there is plenty of seating and the owners were both extremely kind and adorable! I got the caramel latte smoothie while my girlfriend got a normal iced coffee. Both were fantastic and at a great price! It was also nice supporting supporting one of our local businesses and they have managed to make two loyal customers!

A wonderful local coffee/breakfast place with all the classic and modern food/coffee options you could want while maintaining that 'small town.' The owners do a great job of getting to know their regular customers and they are always quite friendly, and fast with orders. This is a great local coffee shop, with that nice small town feel, in the heart of Baltimore. Highly recommend!

I had a bad migraine after working a long, late shift on Friday and decided to stop by Saturday after sleeping a few hrs. When i went to place my order for a breakfast sandwich, one of the owners (woman) told me they had stopped serving breakfast. I was disappointed but decided to look at the menu to see if there was anything else I might like. Before I could even start looking through the menu, the other owner (man) told me in a rude and judgey tone it was almost 1pm, and they stopped serving at breakfast @11:15am. He even pointed rudely outside for emphasis, like I came in at 9:30 p.m., asking for breakfast, and had slept the whole day away. I explained the migraine and little sleep and realized that i shouldn't have to defend myself to him.

The encounter really bothered me because the whole reason I had come there was to support small business. I had been to the shop for the 1st time, a few months back, & chatted with him. He told me how the COVID-19 pandemic had hurt business (there was noone there when I came in on a weekday morning), so I made it a point to patronize the shop & buy extra stuff whenever I was in the area, & told my friends & family too. My experience had been good up until then. His whole attitude was unnecessary and off-putting, especially since his wife already politely told me they stopped serving breakfast, and there were literally no customers in the shop. I don't think I will be back again. Customer service is important, and I am not a little kid. If breakfast hrs are a sensitive issue for you, then consider updating your online hrs and store front sandwich board & signage to reflect that, instead of...

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I love supporting small local businesses in Baltimore. Never been to Coffee Land before and decided to stop in.

Ordered a vanilla latte and a breakfast sandwich and the price the owner gave me was different from the price I was expecting. I asked the man to explain the difference, and he was telling me about up charges which weren’t listed on the menu at all. I mentioned that I didn’t see that on the menu. He says the menu is a misprint. I mentioned that the menus should be clearer because not knowing what you’re paying for is confusing. I was not disrespectful, rude or loud.

Instead of just apologizing for the lack of transparency of the menu or even giving the the price that stated on the menu. He tells me “if you don’t want to pay the price I say you don’t need to to take the drink”. He then tells me he’s not giving me the drink and dumps the drink in the sink. Then he says “you don’t get the sandwich either”. And told his wife to not give me the sandwich I ordered.

This man was rude and dismissive from the start. Even the person I was on a call with couldn’t understand why he was talking to me like that. I will never recommend this business. If anything, go across the street to the French cafe or down the block to Dave and Dad’s.

Will never patronize this...
