Rating: 1/5 If there was a zero out five. This guy would have earned it. I stopped by this business unexpectedly during a visit to the area for a professional appointment. As a law student, I needed two images enlarged. Unfortunately, the staff's response was overwhelmingly unhelpful and rude.

Initial inquiry: The African American staff member seemed unsure about enlarging images. Second staff member: The heavy-set Caucasian male wearing glasses and a blue hoodie (claiming to be the manager) was dismissive and rude.

Conclusion

The manager's attitude was unacceptable, especially considering the business's purpose. As a customer, I expected basic courtesy and competence.

I was referred to Curry Printing by my close work colleague, who had a great experience working with the company on her project. My project needed 100 double-sided color postcards, on a 4-day timeline. I reached out on a Tuesday. Curry Printing had the product printed and delivered to my office by Thursday mid-morning. Not only did Lisa, Margie, and their team squeeze in my last-minute order request and my team’s 11th-hour last-minute edits, but also, they created a beautiful, professional-looking postcard. The entire process was a pleasure; the Curry team was collaborative, responsive, and warm, every step of the way. The Curry team is also very technically knowledgeable about layout and design; in my case, the postcard size I originally went with wasn’t optimal, and we ended up going up a size to improve the text readability (Curry’s suggestion). I have worked with at least eight printers in the Baltimore area. Many were good, but Curry Print really is the best. Over the past six years or so, I have ordered stationary, handouts, posters, giveaways and – most recently – custom floor decals and branded hand sanitizer to weather the COVID-19 crisis. Every one of the items has been excellent quality at a competitive price.

Curry really does live up to their promise about meeting “impossible deadlines.” They have handled nearly any project I’ve thrown at them, and they produce items incredibly quickly. One reason is likely their impeccable customer service. Margie and her colleagues have bent over backwards to meet some of our needs, even delivering partial jobs early so that we can meet couriers and overnight shipment deadlines.

I genuinely cannot imagine a vendor ever topping my experiences with Curry Print. They really are THAT good, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to put a name, logo or custom graphic onto...
