Dunkin' — Restaurant in Baltimore

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ location for quite some time, spending over $300 a month and visiting daily. The staff and manager know me well, and I’ve always appreciated the friendly service. However, today 8/3/25 9:41 AM, I had an unfortunate experience. I tried a new flavor of refresher, didn’t like it, and requested an exchange for my usual flavor. Despite my regular patronage and the fact that they’ve always accommodated me in the past, the manager refused and was quite rude. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. I will not be returning. I hope the management can improve their approach to loyal customers...

Lady Dunkin donut at the counter was irresponsible 04/18/2021 ! Lady dunkin donut was on the phone, plastic garbage bag was in the counter, no expresso machine cuz it getting clean but why not wait till the place close for the day? ... Went in at 9.30 this morning for donuts. I didn't see any. When I walked up to the counter, I had to be the first to speak because he just looked at me like "hellos are extra". I asked where the donuts were (which I thought was a reasonable question given where I was.) He pointed to the empty racks and said there all gone. I think if DD doesn't work out for this guy, he'll fit in perfectly with the people at the Fort...
