I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ location for quite some time, spending over $300 a month and visiting daily. The staff and manager know me well, and I’ve always appreciated the friendly service. However, today 8/3/25 9:41 AM, I had an unfortunate experience. I tried a new flavor of refresher, didn’t like it, and requested an exchange for my usual flavor. Despite my regular patronage and the fact that they’ve always accommodated me in the past, the manager refused and was quite rude. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. I will not be returning. I hope the management can improve their approach to loyal customers...

I asked where the donuts were (which I thought was a reasonable question given where I was.) He pointed to the empty racks and said there all gone.
