I thought walking into this store was a joke. Out of 6 people working in there and only 2 guest at tables no one even looked up or greeted us walking in. Then the “cashier” just stood at the register lol didn’t ask how I was doing OR EVEN WHAT I WANTED TO ORDER! He just stood until i just blurted out the sandwich I wanted. From start to finish he didn’t speak, I mean you could at least tell me my total. Now I would have given some grace as I thought maybe he can’t speak or something isn't right until he turned around and said something to the person making the sandwiches.. wow. Even after the awkward order I tried to tell him NO ONIONS and I said I’m allergic I could die (said it in a joking manner to see if I could crack a smile)…. Nothing except extra onions on my sandwich that I didn’t notice until I bit into the sandwich and felt my throat itching. I tried calling the store as well no answer, go figure. It’s one thing to be rude but to be careless with allergies… I spent a while at patient first after things went really south and we are now working on getting everyone’s information to give to our attorney… unless your desperate for food just avoid...
Read moreEdit: I added a photo given the absurd response from JJs that clearly didn't read that I had already escalated with no contact or resolution. Further, I should not have to go through a multi-step process as a customer to report an issue. Unacceptable.
I really try and shy away from negative reviews. But I can't really avoid it in this case. 3 times now (literally every time I have tried to order) I ordered delivery from a place that prides itself for "freakishly fast" delivery. What actually happened? After placing the order in the app, I am promptly called by the store saying there is no delivery driver and can I come pick it up. And these three times were spread over the course of weeks - indicating an endemic issue. I contacted corporate, which apologized and said they were forwarding the issue to the store manager. Never heard anything from the store manager.
Bottom line, don't expect this location to uphold a key aspect of their business model. I've never physically gone into the shop and can't speak to the quality of their food...
Read moreFirst time I ordered from this place it was flawless I got my food delivered in less than 20 mins, this time I placed my order and an hour goes by and still no food , so I call the store... the response I got was " we tried to call you but we have no delivery driver tonight" IM SORRY WHAT ! ON A SATURDAY NIGHT YOU DONT HAVE A DELIVERY DRIVER? so then i ask okay well then can i come pick it up " no we cancelled your order sorry your going to need to re order it but we did refund your money though"
