Everything about this place is just really, really good. From the moment you walk in, it has that welcoming feeling—not fancy or fake, just comfortable. The staff are super friendly and make you feel like they’re genuinely glad you showed up. They say hi, smile, and actually talk to you like a real person. You don’t feel rushed or ignored—they’re just cool, nice people who clearly care about the place and the food they’re serving. And speaking of the food—wow. The burgers are seriously next level. Cooked perfectly, super juicy, full of flavor, and the toppings are fresh and actually add something to the burger, not just tossed on for show. The bun is soft but holds everything together without falling apart, which is always a big deal for me. Everything tastes fresh, not like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp or something. You can tell they take their time with it. The fries are just as good—crispy on the outside, soft inside, and served hot. Not greasy, not soggy—just right. I also love that the portions are generous. You definitely get your money’s worth here. The whole vibe of the place is just easygoing and positive. You don’t feel like just another order—they treat everyone well. All I'ma say is you have to come see and taste for yourself..When I tell you this is the best "FRESH MTO fried chicken tenders" I ever taste so far now..The portion size is very considerable for the price..I got the 5 piece and my daughter got the 3 piece..Your looking to spend a couple dollars if ya don't get the lunch special and come after 3 pm..It's well worth it, So when ya taste ya 1st bite and you indulge in that tenderness just right, nicely seasoned and crispiness make ya wanna slap ya Momma..I'm addicted. The mac n cheese not to favorable but decent, I def had better..What I tried so far as for sides was mash potatoes and cold slaw both was good too..Let me not forget to mention Their orange signature sauce which gives the chicken an extra boost so delicious..I'm looking forward trying everything else on the Menu..Will be back...

As a first-time customer, I was extremely disappointed with my visit. The restaurant's policies were not clearly explained—no refunds, no substitutions, and no willingness to correct mistakes, even when the error was admitted by the staff.

In my case, the line cook acknowledged making an error with my order, yet the restaurant refused to refund or replace the incorrect item despite having the written order as proof. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially when the mistake was on their end.

Food quality aside, the inflexible and dismissive attitude toward customers ensures I won’t be returning. A business that values policies over customer satisfaction doesn’t deserve...
