We stopped by on our way to a concert. We arrived around 6:15 and the concert started at 7:30. We figured that would be plenty of time. We were seated around 6:25. There appeared to be only one server. We ordered 2 salads and a beer. The beer was warm (bottle was chilled, but the beer was warm) and we didn't leave until after 7:35. It took over 45 min to get two salads. Service was really poor and slow. We will maybe try again, but if it seems busy, don't waste your time. It will take forever and you will only see your server every 10-15 minutes. Also, the menu they have online is different from the QR code menu they offer in person. On the online menu, the salad was $10 and the soup was $8. In-person, the salad is $14 (no protein) and the soup was $12 (I think). The only good things about the experience was getting a close parking spot, the inside is nice, and they had a three-piece live jazz...

Today was my very first and last visit to this restaurant. I had high hopes especially because I just finished working. The customer service sucked and to be honest I felt as though I was profiled. I am a young black woman who does well for herself and I seriously got the vibe that the gentleman helping me barely wanted to look at me. It kinda hurt my feelings and I never received a bill for my food before I’ve even got half way through it. I was going to order something else but I wasn’t even asked if that would be all. Breakfast was another matter so together. After spending over $200 for an overnight room, we came down to breakfast to be abruptly told, "twenty minute wait". There was no hello or good morning.... There were plenty of open tables and what looked like three or four servers standing around, so I asked if we could have a table and was told, "I just told you there is a twenty minute wait." I asked why and was told they only have one cook. I asked if we could get some coffee while we waited and was told no.
