Rita's Italian Ice Inner Harbor — Restaurant in Baltimore

Love Rita's in general but this location is perfect since nothing beats enjoying a frozen custard or Italian ice on the pier and enjoying the day. Really popular on the weekends so sometimes lines but weekdays during work, it is nice to just come by for a snack during lunch. The prices are a little higher than Rita's located in the suburbs but well worth it for the quality and getting to enjoy it right on the pier. Staff has always been friendly but they are busy so highly suggest looking at the menu on the side first before lining up or trying to decide once you are at...

I really wanted to like this place but I must be honest when making my reviews. I had no problem with the service staff I thought they did their job well, however the food left something to be desired. I ordered two small Sundays and was surprised by the high prices that the quality did not live up to ($17). My son and I both sat down to eat them only to be thoroughly disgusted by the taste which I could equate to the mix of ice cream and manure. Needless to say I was not a fan of Rita's and will probably not be a patron...

Strawberry ice cream? No, we only have chocolate and vanilla. Strawberry is only available as ice, not ice cream.

Hot fudge? No, we are out of it. How about caramel?
