This establishment’s manager keeps deleting my review due to her negativity being displayed so I’m re-submitting my review from earlier today:
I called this establishment today at 12:15 pm to place an order for a breakfast platter. I spoke with Veronica who was nasty and disrespectful to me simply because I requested that butter and jelly be put on wheat toast that came with the breakfast platter. She said that they don’t normally put butter and jelly on toast. I told her that they always put butter and jelly on the toast and no one had ever told me that this is something they don’t do. Veronica Complained, like a child would, about it taking too long for them to put butter and jelly on toast. I told her I’d never heard anyone complain about putting butter and jelly on toast. At this point, I thought the whole thing was just ridiculous. Mind you the whole time she’s talking to me. It’s with an attitude and uncalled for. I continued to place my order anyway advising how I like other items on the platter to be prepared. I then asked her how much it would cost and she gave me the price. While in the middle of asking how long it would take, she hung the phone up. I called right back and said to her I just spoke with you and you hung the phone up while I was asking you a question which was how long will the meal take to be prepared and she gave me the answer. I said thank you and hung up. I then got dressed to go and get the order I placed. However, I decided to call back to speak with the owner or a manager. Veronica answered the phone and said the owner does not frequent the restaurant and that she was the manager. I asked then, who do I complain to about her disrespectful behavior and nasty attitude. Of course that led nowhere, but to her lying on me saying she didn’t hang up on me and that I told her three times that I had completed my order. That was a COMPLETE LIE as I said that once before asking her how much the order cost and next how long the order took which is the sentence I was in the middle of when she hung up on me. I told her I would find out who the owner is on my own and deal with her another way.
Prior to today, I and family members have placed many orders at this establishment and we never had a problem with the people or the food until today, which will be the very last time we ever dialed their number or walk into either of their establishments. If I could give zero stars for customer service I would.
To Veronica, you were very disrespectful to me and spoke to me in a mean and nasty way, even went as far as to lie on me, just know that in this life that we live, there is a Law Of Karma And You Will Reap That...

However, I've never had an issue with my food or one of the staff until now. I placed an order through Uber Eats on Saturday evening, September 28th, 2024. 1- Shrimp Cheese Steak Sub w/ Provolone Cheese + $2.50 for the shrimp 🍤 =$14.99 1- Chopped Steak combo w/potatoes and gravy no onions and fries $16.99 1- Grilled cheese sandwich 🥪 $8.99. They put tomatoes on my grilled cheese sandwic,which isn't a grilled cheese 😏 1- Cream of Crab 🦀 Soup 🍲 $8.99. Instead, I received a cup of thickening - gravy like paste - with a spoonful of crabmeat and a teaspoon of old bay sprinkled on top. Once I stirred it and tasted it, it tasted like flour and water. I kid you not. It was bland and reminded me of "paper mache." I could've actually created a sculpture with it. When I notified Uber Eats, they didn't refund my money because the soup tasting bad wasn't a good enough reason. When I called the store to simply make them aware of my dissatisfaction, the young lady was extremely rude and unapologetic. I told her that I didn't want my money back! Furthermore, I only wanted to make sure you all sampled/quality checked the food before it was sold so that this doesn't happen again.

This is ridiculous and I see mine wasn't the only one... The onions are too old or been refrigerated so they're weak. The chicken is unseasoned and dark I thought it was steak. I asked for provolone cheese and light on the mayo so apparently someone can't read or don't want to read. The customer service sucks from what I read. Then to add extra mayo. Is the cook beefing with the owner? Like what's going on? Is the business being sabotaged purposely? Was the grill cleaned like why was our chicken that dark? Was it refrigerated? Now I have questions after looking at my food. Then so much mayo y'all make sure I wouldn't be able to duck ptomaine poison if I wanted too... Gahhh! Please bring your business up! Care a little more! Undercover boss wya or Gordon Ps. I wish I would have been seen these reviews I saw the lady review about the crab soup and trust me that most definitely is flour mixed with water that is so sickening... I think I'm about to call the health department at this point but I wouldn't want to see nobody lose their business just do what you need to do...
