I asked if they could do the equivalent of a brown sugar shaken latte with oat milk. Did not ask for cinnamon, specifically said "absolutely no syrup". The person who took my order said "yeah absolutely" I said I wanted sugar in the raw and she again said "yeah absolutely ". When I got to the second window the person handed me the drink and it looked like weird. Really dark brown crumbles on the top of my drink. And I asked the person what that was, was there cinnamon and she said yes that's cinnamon and sugar crumbles and I said I asked for brown sugar, sugar in the raw. She said "I put syrup in it, cinnamon and sugar and syrup and cinnamon and sugar crumbles". I informed her that I'd requested there be no syrup in it because I don't like high fructose corn syrup". She asked me "to just like to try it to see if I like it". No, I didn't try it because I know I don't like high fructose corn syrup. There's a reason I order sugar in the raw and oat milk. Very disappointing. The Gouda and egg sandwich was likewise. Very disappointing and expensive lesson and not a lesson I'll need twice. I'm surprised she didn't just offer to refund me the money since I paid in cash and instead just asked me to try it to see if I liked it. If I specifically request "do not put syrup in my drink", there's an excellent likelihood that I don't like syrup. In my drink. There was a line of people behind me in the drive-thru, I chose to avoid being impolite to the line of people waiting and I just drove away. Had she said we don't have that I would have either skipped the latte or ordered something else. Wouldn't recommend Aroma Joe's service,...

This hopefully will be a one-off of poor service and knowledge, experience started as normal, ordered very easy hot expresso drinks and some food. There were no questions on our order or hesitation of what we ordered from the member taking our order. Got to the second window and waited, one staff member went to hand us our drinks and one was cold which I prompted what is this, they stated a ice coffee which we did not order. Now two staff members started to get argumentative, stating that's what we ordered, which we repeated what we actually ordered. In turn, they stated we were still wrong. After staff being argumentative, I tried to just plainly move us in a direction of resolve as It seems the staff does not understand basic bariasta knowledge, which is evident after seeing another review.

We told the staff members if they don't know what we are ordering just make a latte, which they still began being argumentative which I repeated with a direct and annoyed tone as I'm not trying to argue with staff that don't know what a breve is. They finally said pull around, and they will make it. I went inside to be helpful from them needing to walk outside. They handed me a hot drink and stated that by asking for a breve I'm ordering an ice coffee, which I know is wrong but okay.

In the end, we still didn't even get a latte and still what it fully was, but our guess is it was a hot americano with Irish...

Obnoxiously rude staff. I mostly pick up Doordash here and yesterday everyone was busy, but the order was sitting right behind the counter. There was one person counting coins at the register. She looked up, so I took the opportunity to mention that the order behind the counter may be the one I'm here for. She rolled her eyes, slammed the rest of the coins down into their slots, slammed the register shut, and shoved the food and drink at me with the most disgusted face. Look, I know from experience these kinds of jobs are tough and customers can be awful. But you don't need to lash out at at all of us. I have no choice but to pick up Doordash here, but I certainly will never come back...
