We purchased a new bed 06/29/25 Cooper was awesome took care of us quick and hassle free, he checked to make sure they had the Corsicana Mattress in Stock they did, since we opted to have the bed delivered he let us know it would be delivered on Thursday 07/03. Wednesday we got everything ready got rid of the old mattress and bed frame and setup the new bed frame so all we had to do was move the new bed into our room. We went to sleep on the couch and the next morning at 9:23 we get a call from the Manager who tells us they double sold our bed we wouldn't be getting it that day like we had originally be told I could wait 7 days for the new bed to come in as they had placed the order with the manufacturer or I could have the used floor model that they had or get get a different mattress. I asked how the mattress was double sold when we were told they had our mattress in stock and we were getting in Thursday and if that was the case why did they wait until Thursday to call us and let us know the mattress was double sold, I wasn't given and explanation I asked for some compensation for the inconvenience of waiting another 7 days was told there was nothing she could do I was more than free to come in to get another mattress instead or take the used floor model. I told her I would wait for the new mattress as that was the only bed there that we both liked said okay the mattress would be arriving on Thursday 07/10 and she could have it delivered Friday or Monday and would call me back when the mattress came in. Not feeling like it was right to not be compensated for the additional wait I called back on Tuesday 07/08 to talk to someone and the nice young lady on the phone let me know her manager wasn't in on Tuesday but would leave a note on her desk to call me back the next day Wednesday she also double checked and verified that our mattress was on its way and would be in on Thursday 07/10. Wednesday came and went I didn't hear anything from the Manager Thursday came and went as well didn't get a call from the manager. I called in today 07/11 at 10am looking to see if the bed was being delivered today the first rep I spoke with Shane I believe was his name said the computer wasn't showing the mattress was in Stock he put me on hold to go ask and a few minutes later came back and told me he wasn't 100% sure he was going to have someone check upstairs since they had gotten a shipment of beds yesterday to see if it was there and would have someone call me back in 5 minutes, I didn't get a call back so I callback a few minutes ago at 11:46 and the young lady let me know they did not have the bed in stock it was arriving on Monday, I asked if the manager had gotten my message from earlier in the week regarding compensation for the double sale of our mattress and having to wait another 7 days and she said she would go get he manager waited a little bit on hold she came back and told me the manager was really busy right now but told her because the sale of the bed had ended and was already 30% she couldn't take anything else off of the purchase so I asked then since she couldn't do that, could she do a gift card to the store or something along those lines as compensation especially since our bed wasn't ordered how she originally said it was and was set to arrive yesterday 07/10 and instead will possibly be coming in on 07/14 and we've been sleeping on the couch this whole time she said she understood and would go check with her manager and she came back a couple seconds later saying that unfortunately there was nothing else that she could do at this time. So overall the experience of purchasing a bed went from awesome to shit and the Manager would rather not deal with this situation herself and avoid talking with a customer as much as she can. I've purchases beds and couches here before and had great experiences never had any problems until this time not sure if there's new management but wouldn't recommend if anyone was looking to buy a bed and have it delivered to your home you might end up...
Read moreGiving one star because they've completely abandoned their ability to provide customer service. I purchased a sectional about 2-3 months ago that costed $1,500. The issues started with the delivery. Their delivery driver had a pistol strapped to his waste, with 2 seperate clips - a bit excessive, especially when you're entering someone else's house or on their property. I understand you may be driving around with (somewhat) valuable furniture, but I've had plenty of deliveries brought inside with a whole truck outside of more valuable items. It's one thing to have it out of sight, as I think that's a company decision, but to have it exposed and enter a property is highly unprofessional and excessive. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Kudos to placing it inside, which your sales people acknowledged could get you shut down temporarily due to COVID.
On to the next issue, they didn't even send me the right sectional, let alone the right color or orientation. At this point I called & they offered me $50 or a replacement. Offering the option to replace is the right thing to do, but I had just set it up and we almost had to take the door off just to get it in, or the driver could've just shot it - that may have worked better. Point is, I wasn't going through setting another on up, moving all of my furniture across my house, and disassembling the existing one - so I took the $50 because that's all they could offer on a $1,500 sectional that wasn't even what I paid for. Now, 2-3 months later, one of the sectional cushions is starting to seperate and needs restitching. I've called 4 times and have been given 3 different numbers, none of which have done anything. All they keep asking is whether or not I can bring the cushion in, which is sewn on to the backing. One of their "repair/warehouse" people, Tyler, has asked me to bring it in, which I stated wasn't possible, as it's going to require a lot more than removing the cushion. He then didn't bother to respond until I reached out again, which prompted him to tell me I'd have to bring it in - clearly not listening to anything I said. I should've been smarter when it came to purchasing from this store, as the general consensus is that they do a great job, until you run into an issue. I was supposedly given the owners number and the poor lady I spoke with has been harassed repeatedly with these complaints.
Like I said, salespeople are amazing - because their check depends on it. Shape up and treat your customers with respect. SUCH a simple fix, but you're too cheap for it. Will never shop here again & will let everyone I know that's...
Read moreOur first experience back in October 2019 was amazing. We had a very attentive sale associate, quick delivery, and an amazing price for our sectional.
We went back on Saturday and bought a floor model dining table set, it was the only one left of the one we liked. The price for the dining table was $729 and the offered up $699 for the floor model. The sales associate was training and was struggling a little, but was very nice and attentative. A few of the employees were not wearing masks and if they were they were pulled below their nose. Other than that, the days experience was pretty good.
The next day we went to pick up our dining set instead of having it delivered. They were extremely understanding, refunded our delivery fee, and quickly got all our paperwork taken care of.
This is where it started to go downhill. We pulled out to the delivery dock where a warehouse worker came out and in formed us that whoever had put the table together had stripped the bolts and they were unable to take the legs off. They offered to give us a $40 off our total price because the legs would not be able to be removed. We agreed, but were not exactly happy about it.
A few minutes later, the warehouse gentleman came out and informed us that one of the legs on the table is extremely loose and is unable to be tightened and asked us to go inside and take a look at it. After looking at it, we decided it was okay and we could fix it at home. They wrapped the table and when one of the gentleman went to take a picture of the stripped blots, he pressed lightly pressed on one of legs and it snapped off. At this point, I was very frustrated and mad. They offered to order us a new one for a total of $75 off and free delivery. We accepted with the stipulation they do not take it out of the box, try to assemble it, and they do not deliver it. They wrapped and loaded up our floor models chair and ordered us a new dining table, but it won't be here for another 3 weeks.
All and all they did try and fix the situation and mostly succeeded. Although I must say that I am not exactly pleased with the overall situation. The whole situation was extremely frustrating and now we have to wait 3 weeks to have a dining table since we just sold ours.
