Went here 4/22/2022 around 730pm there was 2 people sitting at the bar & 3 tables including my boyfriend & I a total around 10 customers. We waited a little over a hour for our food. The Cesar salad tasted like the lettuce was old, the steak tasted like it had been frozen for a long time we ordered them well done they come out medium rare so I had send it back so when we got our steak our other food was cold. We had 3 different waitresses 1 was great but only seated us one took our order & the other just brought us water & nobody checked on us again. We ordered dessert but had to yell to a waitress to order it then waited a half hour for it & still didn’t have it & didn’t see her so we had to yell at another waitress & she brought it out as we see the other one on her phone & just talking to people at the bar. The dessert looked like someone just crumbled the brownies like they ripped it out of the pan with their hands. I understand business are doing what they can since the pandemic but we spent $91 not including the tip for 80% of the food to be thrown away. I will not go back there. It was poor food & poor service.

(All my reviews are overall) Staff was friendly but slow. I understand it's the cooking but only had a few people in the restaurant and it took about 30min for a salad, burger and chicken club. I got the berry and goat cheese and asked for no cheese and the dressing on the side. I received my salad, by what looked like the manager, and when I advised I didn't want goat cheese, she looked at me with the face of "and what do you want me to do about it." After taking it back, the dressing was on the salad. Not only was it on the salad but it was drenched in it. I was already behind schedule and just needed to eat but the bottom of the salad was not good at all. My company who ordered a burger didn't want pickles and there were 3 big pickles. The fries were really good, the waitress was really nice but hard to get a hold of and the manager had a bit of an attitude. All in all, probably not going back but my other companies food was good.

Started off okay with a pretty good menu and nice staff. Ordered two of the 'new' Fish & Chips with a pineapple chipotle coleslaw. The coleslaw got mixed reviews as I really enjoyed the flavor but my partner did not. I didn't mind that it had a slightly sour milk taste as it like buttermilk; I think the pineapple curdles the mayo but that heat from the chipotle offsets it. The fish, however, was completely bland and maybe the worst item on the menu. I brought that to the attention of management and she made it right by personally making whatever we wanted to replace it and to have a good experience. I got the Buffalo Mac 'n Cheese and that was so very tasty with just the right amount of heat. My partner got shrimp scampi and that was delightful. Great service and eventually get food.

I've never really liked this restaurant and I don't know why. I can count on one hand how many times I've actually gone inside the building...and always at other people's request. This past weekend, my family was looking to kill some time and get some lunch. We passed on the first couple of restaurant options, for various reasons, and settled on UNO'S. Initially, my husband tried to call ahead to make sure we didn't need a reservation but no one answered the phone. Upon arrival, my husband went in to, again, make sure there wasn't a large wait. There were no workers up front and he stood there a couple of minutes. At that point, he saw that the restaurant wasn't busy and came to get me and our two kids. By the time we all walked in, there was someone up front and we were seated. We decided on what we wanted to eat and waited to be served. When the server came up, we explained that we wanted to put the kids orders in with the appetizer. I allowed my kids to tell the server what they wanted and started to give our appetizer order. She abruptly stopped me and as she quickly walked away told us she had to put the kids order in first. This completely shocked me and I called out to her and asked her to explain what had just happened. She turned to look at me from where she was at and again told me she had to bring out the kids order first. I was extremely annoyed at this point because she obviously didn't want to explain to me what their "procedure" was. I again, more firmly, asked her to please come back to our table and explain why she had just walked away. She complied and yet again just repeated that she had to do the kid's order first. I asked her why wouldn't she explain that before interrupting me and walking off. I was done at this point and still completely confused why she couldn't just take our order and then put in the order into the computer however and whenever she needed (covid-19 had changed things for servers and I understand that). Needless to say....we walked out. If they had certain protocols in place, they should probably take the time to explain to customers what they need to do in whatever order they need to do it. Most people will appreciate knowing what the steps are instead of being so rudely kept in the dark. We went to another restaurant who took good care of us and after we told them what had happened, they were just as...

we went to dinner after a long 5-hour day of an event. there were about 10 of us, and I didn't expect the food to be on time or anything. but when we got there we literally waited a whole hour before we were actually asked if there was anything we'd like for dinner. and our appetizers literally did not come out for 45 minutes and there was only four of us that got appetizers. our waitress was great, but she was a little bit flirtatious with some of the gentleman that we had there that were special guests they were performers and one of them was very well known in the music industry. was very disappointed in that behavior. when I ordered my thin crust pizza, it was absolutely disgusting. The pizza itself was soggy it was thin crust, and it was just terrible. That's all I can say it was disgusting and terrible. The gentleman who was very well known in the industry of music, also got a thing crust pizza and was highly disappointed. The honey barbecued boneless wings over excellent. and I think pretty much that was all that was really good as far as hot food goes. our molten lava cake ice cream was complimentary we got three of them to share at the table which made absolutely no sense. she said that we would all receive a dessert on the house since we were all there paying and she comes out with only three. and the head of our organization looked at me and I looked at him and we were both kind of in shock. she just got done telling us each and every single person at that table would receive a complimentary dessert and she brought out three and then gave all of us spoons to share. we were just so disappointed in the service and the food that we will absolutely never go back there again. and we will not recommend this restaurant to anybody. I'm just so disappointed in how the whole night went. it was great conversation but terrible terrible...

My family has been going for over four years with Name that Tune. Usually exceptional service but Wednesday, June 15, was the worst experience. Server rushed us and didn't listen when we tried to explain that weren't done ordering. She blamed me for not giving her my loyalty code when I had shown her and she did acknowledge it by saying 'ok' but didn't write it down. I had a $10 coupon and the coupon wasn't on the premature bill. And that's when I was accused of not showing it and if it was on my account, it would be applied. She applied a BOGO $10 offer which only gave $5 off instead and the 2x points weren't applied. So, no she never put in my loyalty code and we had to go back to the restaurant to have it fixed. As for being rushed, she asked us if wanted boxes which we responded yes, two. She never asked if wanted anything else and the previous week she asked if wanted boxes and upon her return, and asked if we wanted anything else which we did. This time she brought the boxes and the check and l told her we aren't done and she responded, 'ok' and quickly left to talk with bar patrons. When she returned for payment, I told her weren't done and she said, 'well you asked for boxes' and I said, 'no, asked if we wanted boxes' and then brought up the missing $10 credit and that's when the blaming started regarding the code. If you want people to return, don't blame the customers and make them...
